I have been attempting to contact this business for a month. Myself and many neighbors in ************* ***********, ***** have warrior and have been skipped in trash pickup for weeks. Intermittent service with last minute notices have been occurring for months. I would like a refund for every single day that service was missed. And I need them to close my account and pickup their cans.Initial Complaint

I entered into a one year contract with Warrior Disposal to provide residential garbage disposal twicea week and recycle once a week. Over the past two weeks (***** July 2022) Warrior was supposed to pick up garbage on Tuesdays and Fridays. Warrior has failed to pick up garbage on three consecutive occasions. When I have called regarding their failure to remove the garbage, I was told by the receptionist that they are short staffed and will puck up on the next cycle. When I inquired about the full can and leaving bags on the side due to Warrior missing pickup days and that it be more than one bag, they stated that additional charges would be required as they only allow 1 extra bag, yet the extra bags would be due to their failure to meet their contractual obligation to remove the garbage on the agreed upon days. Warriors staffing issues are not my problems to contend with as I hired Warrior to provide a service they are failing to uphold. Other in my subdivision are experiencing the same issues with Warrior refusing to provide any type of refund for missed days nor prorated refunds for those that paid for a year of service up front. I paid for the year and would appreciate at minimum to receive a prorated refund for the remaining months, so that I may find a reliable service provider who will uphold their side of the contracted agreement.Initial Complaint

I paid my quarterly dues for 2x a week trash service. They have not been picking up my trash and the last time we had service was 12 Jul 2022. Before this date they would periodically not show up on my scheduled days. It has been over 100 degrees and the trash smell is terrible. I have called them on multiple occasions and I always get the run around (if anyone happens to answer the phone). I have asked to speak to supervisors but they are never available and they do not call you back and they are always rude and condescending. I want to cancel my service but they have the audacity to charge for cleaning the bins after they force us to leave trash in there for weeks. I tried to give a fellow veteran a chance but the service has been terrible.Initial Complaint

I started using warrior disposal in October 2021. In the beginning they would pick up on time. After January 22 they changed their pricing and dropped to 1 pick up day instead of the original 2 puck up days I paid for. Now they miss at least 2 pick *** per month. Currently they have not serviced my house in 3 weeks.Initial Complaint

I had purchased a one year service for waste management from this company. Initially services included trash pick up twice a week and recycle once a week. Company never showed up to pick up trash. After multiple attemps to call and settle trash pick up they notified me that services had changed to pick up once a week. But still the same price for service. Trash pick up remained inconsistent. It has now been a month and a half and no service has been provided. We have reached out and they promise to come pick up trash but never show up. There are multiple other reviews on there website testifying their failure to provide service. Would desire complete refund for my services.Initial Complaint

I paid for a year of service upfront which was almost $300. $315 to be specific, in which I was promised two times a week for trash pick up and one time a week recycle pick up. This company has let my trash and recycle pile up numerous weeks in a row. They claim to be understaffed but they run their business out of a residential home, how can you have trash trucks at a residential home? Thats because they store them in facility. They basically come to work when they feel like it and are not following through with their end of the contract. When someone asks for a refund, they do not offer such a thing, they actually ask for more money in return for a bin cleaning fee. When someone leaves their trash cans out for pick up after canceling their service, it takes months for that to even happen. I want my money back, I want to cancel my contract, and I want no one to ever have to deal with this company again. we continually get notices that they are short staffed and cannot pick up their trash. The BBB needs to step in and close this service down, it is becoming a public health issue with rotting trash.Initial Complaint

Warrior Disposal is scheduled to service their customers twice a week for garbage/recycling. Through out the past year their service has changed significantly. For the past few months their service has gone down to once a week and we are not even told what day they will actually show up. My service is Monday and Friday we put out our trash cans the evening before and come home to our subdivision not being serviced on one of those days. Our **** recently went up $20 and it seems unfair seeing we are being serviced once a week only. My **** is now $80 quarterly but not once have I been credited for their failed service. I called July 18th to ask if we would have service on Tuesday and was told yes. I then asked to speak to someone regarding crediting my **** since I am getting half serviced and my name was taken down and have yet to receive a call back. I called again today July 20 and their voice mail was full and I continued to call approximately 31 times with no answer, full voicemail or a busy signal. The email they sent out finally told customers that they are short staffed. I understand their situation but customers should not be charged full price for 1 day a week services. I recently received my new invoice and they know they are servicing once a week only and my invoice is for a full quarter for $80.Initial Complaint

I canceled trash service because this company did not communicate when they would not be picking up trash and they missed several days in the last month. I paid for the year in June and I have contacted Warrior several times about my refund and when they would be picking up the dumpsters and they just keep saying "accounting will contact me". I have asked several times when that would be over the last few weeks and get no response and no one will answer the phone.Initial Complaint

We have warrior trash company And they have basically abandoned us They missed 2 wks of trash pickups Then came ones and then now going on a week and a half and still no service Our agreement is 2 pickups a week They dont answer the phones Their voicemail is full Those that did leave messages about canceling they dont return the callsAnd if you happen to get someone they are now imposing a 40 per can cleaning fee that no one was ever told about and its not on any form That if you cancel youll be billedIts insane and we have had it!Im sure there are other communities they service with the same issues They refuse to refund payments of customers paid in full Ive paid in full for this service I need a refund for the remaining months, them to cancel my service, no fees since they arent provided a service anymore and I need them to come pick up their trash bindsInitial Complaint

Worst service ever to pick up trash, 2 to 3 times a month trash does not get picked up, have to call office to see if they will pick up trash on scheduled date and office always says they will and then dont show up. Recently they started sending emails that they are short staffed and delays due to the weather (Heat) I canceled my services last week because of delays and now they are telling me that I have to pay $40 per can a sanitation fee. I found the terms and conditions that a neighbor posted and does not have that information on there at all. Now they are saying that if fees are not paid then we will be turned over to collections for $80. I do not feel that this is right and should be reviewed further.
