    Engine light came on. Made an appt. and brought it in. Told 3-5 days and got it back in 10 days. Never recd call about delays. I Called several times and told I would get a call back - never happened. I was told car going to be done late on the 9th day. Told them I would pick up next day by 3pm. I called before I left and to verify its ready. ***** said she would check and call me right back - again no call back. I arrived at 3pm and told by ******* rep would get my car back in 10 min. An hour and 15 min later I got my car. Very, very unhappy. Time to find new dealer.

    They do not call or even try to get in contact with you about a car you're servicing. No way of getting a rental car. This dealership is just a headache to work with, not helpful at all.

    I purchased a vehicle from Principle Hyundai Boerne in September of 2021. The ******************** took 3+ months to get my contract submitted to my lender, and pay off my previous vehicle (which resulted in my previous loan going delinquent). Additionally, I received a notification in December of 2021 that my credit had been run by Principle Hyundai EIGHT separate times through Transunion. They ran it twice through their personal financing company, and then sent my information to three additional credit agencies (***************** ***** ************* *********** ************* and ***** ************ Services), all of which checked my credit twice. This resulted in eight separate hard inquiries on my credit report, which is an egregious abuse of power. I attempted to contact the dealership 10+ times, and never received a call back. I then went to the dealership, where I waited for over an hour, and was then told by the current Finance Manager that it was "not their fault", and that they would not do anything to help me. After submitting a negative review on ******* the General Manager finally got in touch with me, and attempted to resolve the issue by sending me money and asking me to amend my review. However, he insisted that it was "not their fault" that I now had eight hard inquiries on my credit report, and that they would not do anything to remedy the situation. I want other people to be aware of the shady business practices in this dealership so no one is subject to the hassle that I was, and hopefully hold them accountable for their error. It has been almost two years and the hard inquiries will fall off of my credit report soon, but I was denied a home loan and was unable to buy my first home because of this. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions, and think that paying off "one month's payment" will change the fact that I had a horrible experience. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
