    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMAPANY. I bought 2 F2 Electric Bikes. I placed a the order and after about 10 days I had not recieved any notification that they had been sent due to an error on my part on shiiping address, The bikes were sent and recieved them about 4 or 5 days later. I put both of them together and one of them worked but the other one didn't. I contacted GOTRAX was asked to send a emai explaining the issue, take a video. They sent a new battery and I installed it and it did not correct the problem. I sent emails to have the issue corrected with no response. I called and was able to speak with someone and told them my issue and told them that I wanted to return the bikes because I was disgusted with this ordeal. They told me yhat I could not return the bike because it was over the 14 day return policy. ( i did not receive the bikes until after 14 days) . The agent stated that she would put this on top of the priority list and have the slaes agent contact me, after 5 days I have still not heard anything back from them.A friend of mine had one and we liked it. so we thought it was a good deal, I wished that I looked at the BBB complaints. I WOULD DEFENTLY NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM and will probably be one that will not get resolved.

    Order has not come in, ordered 01/07/2025. Disappointing coming from a reputable brand like GoTrax who make great scooters, sadly could not get mine, would love answers.

    I had placed this order on 12/2/24 as an award for an organization. After the holiday I had reached out regarding having no update on this order, I was told they basically lost the order in a changing in ordering systems occurred. I then reached back out on January 8th and was told the order was fulfilled and on a truck that day. It is now January 23rd and I was finally told the order was flagged for fraud (payment went through on December 2nd and hasnt been flagged for fraud from the bank) I have reach out multiple times to get this remedied and speak with someone. This place is an absolute joke! No one will get back to you and they will lie about your order. I now have to tell the individual who picked this award that they will not receive it and we will never be ordering from GoTrax ever again. This place is an absolute joke of a company

    The purest form of unprofessional. Sent me a highly defective bike, I requested a refund and they sent me a REPLACEMENT bike I didnt ask for (which clearly speaks to the product quality). I demanded that they cancel the replacement shipment and send me a shipping label to return the bike, to which they responded Id have to pay a $130 shipping fee to return the bike. I disputed the charge on account of the fact that they sent me a defective bike so I shouldnt have to pay for anything, and SOMEHOW they won the dispute lol. Tried to contact them after the dispute and they stopped responding so, put simply, save your time, save your money, and most importantly, save your sanity. Youre better off flushing money down the toilet.

    The customer service is nonexistent. They dont answer the phone and respond to emails. The parts on the scooters constantly break and they never have the replacement parts in stock.

    I placed an order in November, received a damaged bike, placed claim with Route, the insurance company they use for shipping which I purchased, they said they placed a new order on 12-9, and it hasn't shipped. This is extremely fraudulent. They wipe comments off ******** posts to ignore any problems. I am out an eBike at $309 and no Christmas gift. I have pdfs if emails and some acknowledging the problem, but it just gets ignored.

    Go trax customer service is 0/10. This cancels out any value their products might have. Its really sad bc we do enjoy their electric scooters. I have ordered 2 things from go trax warehouse for Christmas gifts. One randomly came 2 weeks later without shipment notifications (according to the shop app it is still awaiting shipment from the warehouse, yet is now in my garage) and the other isnt here and I cant get any response through phone or email. I have requested a refund but havent received a response.

    How are these people still in business? Like everyone else has said, their customer service is basically non existent. Wish I wouldve checked this page before buying! STAY AWAY

    This Business have a teriable return policy and restocking window for the holidays time i accidentally ordered two bicycles at the thanksgiving and when i try to cancel the order with in 8 hours window they don't took the responsibilty to cancel the order nor resolve the issue for updating my address neither

    Trying to get my gotta raptor that I bought from best buy and they are applying strong arm techniques from completing my warranty. I asked to speak to supervisor and said their is non and that there is nothing they can do the employee name was ****. Im calling Best Buy to see if I can get a refund to my product. This company will apply tactics to hold out on warranty claims.
