The absolute worst experience! What they did to us shouldn't have been done to any other customer, especially the elderly. I feel they robbed us. Our move was November 30th. To make a long story short, they had 2 moves scheduled for the day. I called 3 times from mid morning to afternoon. The person I talked to said they would call when they were finished with the 1st. We'll, they didn't call, arrived at 3:15 pm. I had called them day before to request help with packing.They sent 3 young men, that had know idea of what to do first. I think the driver just picked two guys from the street to work. My family, myself, my husband and brother in law wanted to get something to eat and we decided on whataburger. I offered to bring , at my expense, the movers some food also. When I got back, I was immediately told the crew was not allowed to load anymore items to the truck, which we were paying for, as it was getting late, around 7pm. I was told by the driver that his boss ordered him to leave for the destination as he was already going to break a federal law of driver hours. So with half of our items in the truck they headed across town to unload. When we got to our new place they refused to unload the truck until I paid them the invoice the driver presented for $ ********. I told them I didn't have that much money so the driver called his "boss" to tell him I wouldn't pay that as I didn't have it. The "boss" was on speaker and in my distress I told him all I had was $1,800.00. The "boss" said take it. So they took all of our money for a half move.The driver wanted me to sign an invoice of completion and I refused as they didn't move us as ********* husband is 79, and frail with many health issues, I'm 75 with limitations due to 4 back surgeries and various issues and brother in law is 70 with heart issues.I would not recommend this company and I don't know how or why they are aloud to treat customers this way and keep getting by with it.

The company quoted me $149 for 2 movers. With one hour travel time automatically charged. They asked me to give them a list of items. I gave them all the big furniture items and explained we have over 30 boxes. When the poor movers showed they said they were told it would be 13 items and it would take a longer time to move everything. We were on the phone with the company and explained the situation. I spoke to a very rude ***** ******* who was belligerent. Further making a tense situation even worse. We explained that the move would take a long time and that 2 guys would not be enough. Which we mentioned when we originally called but they reassured us that 2 would be ok. ***** told us that if we kept complaining he would cancel the move and we would have to move on our own because they didnt need our lousy money. He told us that they would send us another guy but the price will go up to $199 an hour. So either way we would be charged more. Either stick with the 2 guys and use a large amount of time or use 3 guys and still have a larger charge per hour. We opted to keep the 2 movers and just have them move the heavy furniture and the heaviest of boxes. The total charge was almost $700 for 1/4 of a move. My husband and I are now on day 3 of moving everything else out of the apartment. We had to rent a van and due to our health issues we move what we can for as long as we can. My landlord will have to keep some of the deposit because we were not able to move everything out on time.

ZERO STARS!!!! This company is a complete SCAM! Scheduled on Saturday with $100 discount for booking same day. Saturday came no one showed up! They said their guys didn't show up for work. Excuse me??!! Rescheduled for Sunday with another $100 discount. For a 1 bedroom apt they charged $1000 from ** to **?? Took them 5 YES 5 HOURS to complete the move! Are you freaking kidding me?? DON'T USE THEM NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE!!! Filing a complaint with BBB!!

Absolutely awful business practices and the extremely rude manager started yelling at me and hung up on me!!!My move was scheduled months ago in order to get a 8:00 am time. I called them at 9:00 to be told we are sorry but we have someone else to finish a very wealthy client so we are moving your time. I looked up the customer care number that was on my email from Them and it was the same nasty man yelling at me that we already gave you a 10% discount. I said no I received a discount for booking the move and that discount had nothing to do with this situation. He kept talking over me and a few times threatened to cancel my move and hang up on me.

Horrible service. Extremely deceiving and dishonest. It took 3 men, just myself 5 hours to load my 2 bedroom apartment. 8 hours total for them to complete the job. I helped moved 50 boxes, my bunk bed and donning table all on my own; along with other items. They took 15min breaks and when I asked why they were going so slow they wouldn’t respond. They over charged me for bed covers, and moving supplies. Once to my new home they damaged two door frames and multiple walls. They offered me only $100 for everything. Horrible experience. Also charges $270 in gas for 30min drive and $331 for 3 rolls of tape, one bubble wrap, two bed covers and wrap. Would never use this company. All my sons in Gahanna.

2 Follow Up) I was sent a message on ****** Maps Review from the corporate office asking me to call or email. I called and was informed the representative that handles cases was out sick but would call me back. 3 business days later, no call. I tried to call 5 times yesterday, no answer and the voicemail system is full. So I sent an email. No response. I tied to call 3 times today, no answer and the voicemail is full. It is no wonder the movers and their office is a disaster if this is how the corporate office is ran. Next stop, BBB. I cannot stress enough how poorly operated this company is. If it is at all possible use another company. 1) Unreal! This has been one of the worst moving experiences I have had. They were supposed to be at my place on Friday between 8 and 11. They called and asked if they could change it to 11 to 4. They showed up at 5. One moved complained non-stop. It took them so long they said they did not have time to deliver that night and it would be the next day. Next day they show up with 2 skinny lazy kids. In 2.5 hrs they brought 5 items into the apartment then said they refused to bring anymore up until I paid another $923 on top of the $550 I paid the night before. I was told I could be charged even more depending on how long it took them. Shop around! Do not use this company. Robbery!!! Now they want another $330 or they will pile my stuff on the ground and leave. Unreal!! They also got grease all over my chair and left the dress aid upside down in the bedroom and the desk setting on the side! Such quality moving for close to $2000. I was also charged an hourly rate for the kids to waste time wandering the building looking for another route.

My fiance and I moved from ***** area to ******* area and we had an excellent experience with ************ The team was ********, ***** and ******, all of them were professional, efficient, and handled all of our belongings with care. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to movegreat service and value!

I had such high expectation from *********** Moving but come to realize that there were very unprofessional and just did not care about my items rushed tomove them broke a very sentimental mirror actually three mirrors broke very expensive plates although the boxes said fragile they were thrown around like they were plastic And my entertainment center was left with only three legs and my living room couch was not even put together theyre just threw it into the I will never use them again and I will not recommend that company for anyone Im a business owner and I believe that my clients shouldbe taken care of With the upmost respect I am very disappointed With their professionalism I wish I could leave some pictures so anyone can see how my movers treated my items

It started when they initially gave me push back about the standalone closet. Saying they dont know how itll hold up because its a little bit wobbly and kind of making me feel like I had no choice but to leave it behind. I was previously told it can be wrapped up in plastic and moved but because I didnt want to go back-and-forth I just said leave it so we left it. There was a clear divide between **** and ************* who cursed and listen to music out loud. One of the guys proceeded to complain about **** to me. Saying hes not in a good mood and he doesnt like how were working. I acknowledged at this time that **** didnt make a good first impression. And they mentioned that he doesnt have very good people skills. And that he shouldnt be acting like that in front of ************ this time I assume they told **** that I was not happy with how he was. So when we arrived to the storage unit **** came up to me and said I heard that youre not impressed with me. But I just want to tell you a little bit. And then proceeded to explain how the younger guys were not pulling their own weight. And how he had to do a lot of the work on his own. He said Ive been doing this for 20 years and these younger guys act like they know everything.Once the paperwork was signed and I paid **** then went back to the truck and the younger guy and him started to have an argument. They were using profanity towards **** and clearly theyre not working well together.I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism the bad attitudes the profanity being used. And honestly that experience in and of itself would make me not want to work with this company again or recommend it to ********** guy unloading and two guys moving things up and in the unit. I dont think was super time effective. **** was the only one that was professional the whole time. So I really appreciate that.They quoted me $644 and I ended up paying $1600. The hidden fees and surcharges are disgusting.

Don't waste your time with these unprofessional people! I had a move scheduled for today at 8am. No one showed up or called to tell me anything! I had to call them. The manager stated that he had a few call off this morning like I care! Anyway, the way they do business is unacceptable! I got my deposit back and went elsewhere! Terrible company and highly unreliable!
