Visiting St Joseph hospital in College station Tx was a big mistake. Dr. ****** and her team arent in it for the people. They are unconcerned with the outcome of a procedure that was scheduled by her, unconcerned on the after effects of it all. Her team, ***** one of her nurses is 100% disrespectful. With zero compassion! To say they have women working there and the way they treat others is a shame. They have no compassion for the woman standing on the opposite side of the glass. We are just a number waiting to get cashed out. Ive messaged them multiple times asking to speak with Dr. ******* Im sure she is notified of the emails that are sent to her but she has ignored every one of my emails, calls and concerns. Ive set up a time to speak with her, blocked out time from work to receive a call that never happen. ***** set it up so Im sure it was done on purpose. Ive been nothing but kind and respectful. Curious on what to do next. What my next steps are. I have yet to get any type of compassion. I am a black woman so I believe this has a lot to do with my service with them. They have nothing but Hispanics working at the front. Looking at you side ways.Its a hospital we are there for help not judging eyes not rushed attitudes not rudeness. Dr. ****** persuades me into doing a procedure that I knew I didnt need. 900+ dollars later and no check *** from her or the team in site. I called to talk with her but she always seems too busy to communicate with me. After my initial conversation with her she seemed a bit in a rush. The radiologist seemed rushed as well along with his nurse, she the nurse of the radiologist seemed startled. It was a big rush of anxiety being in their care. I would advise all women to rethink going to St Joseph hospital. Black women be aware! If you need to travel I would travel to anyone with compassion and a real sense of purpose for their career.
