Incompetence at its best, leaving carrier to do a lot of work you pay them to do, hold loads for days due to "verification" when you're clearly signing up for same day funding.Good luck getting them to do anything, account manager is never in, and god forbid you want to terminate your contractReview from Ron J

Nothing short of incompetence. I wish I would have read the reviews before I I started factoring with them. Absolutely ridiculous. I dont understand how theyre allowed to continue as a factoring company. They will definitely put you business in a position to fail. I can only imagine the staff that this company has. I guess you get what you pay for. Incredibly flawed management. Definitely stay away from this type of incompetence when it comes to your business!!

DO NOT USE THIS FACTORING COMPANY!! I have not used them for approximately 5 months now and do not have any negative balance and all of the loads have been paid to them by brokers but they do not let me terminate from them and in order to do it they want me to buy them out $12,500 for nothing. I wanted to work with them but they do not want to issue credit to a multi-million dollar broker which is almost a billion dollar a year broker so I went to find a factoring company that will and will do it for half of the percentage that triumph has me under but triumph does not want to terminate my agreement. If we could give a 0 stars we would. Onboarded with Triumph and they are absolutely deceptive. For starters, they give you an amazing sales pitch. They verify you and then they begin factoring for you. They do a great job at factoring however they don't tell you they WILL FILE A LIEN ON YOUR BUSINESS, ON YOU AND THROW IN THE KITCHEN SINK FROM YOUR NEIGHBORS HOUSE ;-) They violate contract law and from the reviews and first-hand experience will try to trap you into not leaving them. Give them a termination notice well in advance. Beware they will try to stiff-arm you with a cancellation fee. Fight them with everything you have. Look for a class action lawsuit soon! I don't appreciate receiving an ACH fee when everything was done correctly on my end. I submitted all paperwork prior to the cutoff time and received a greenlight on the credit check for the broker. If it's out of my control as far as when the broker's AP department gets back to Triumph, why would I be punished and charged an additional fee. It's an excuse to collect extra money. Why have a carrier go through all of these steps if you are still going to find a way to steal money from them. Not to mention having to do extra work or their job whenever an invoice is coming of age due to them only wanting to reach out to the brokers once or twice. I'm paying for factoring not to work as a collection agent for them.Review from sofia t

Worst factoring company, they just take your money without letting you know, they never release your reserve even if you don't owe them anymore. even if you call they always say they don't know anything and the people that do never want to pick up the phone.Review from Kenneth S

This is hands down the worst factoring company! They will hold you hostage. I have been trying to get out of contract with them for 2 years. The last they actually sent a docu sign to relieve me of Contract and then failed to go through with it . Customer Service is terrible. Soon as you try to get out of contract no one can help you . All they say is someone will be in touch . Nobody ever responds back after that. The employees do not have an idea of what is going on, the supervisors are a joke and never return calls. I am currently demanding Triumph capital because they are bringing my business down. They do anything to hold your money hostage. I have two payments held by them. They then told me I owed 75$, demanded a new account since my old account was changed by ** due to rubber checks from another client. Since last two weeks, triumph refuses to process payment received by ******, getting *********** payment, and after I paid 75$ from suppose overage, even though I submit vouchers correctly, Now they say. credit card takes two days to clear but its a debit card already cleared. This company needs to be investigated by federal reserve and any entity dealing with money authority as well as deceiving ethical and business' practices. I need my funds to pay my truck overdue and insurance. They are a disgrace for truck companies. Just don't do business with them. Reading the complaints, they are on a downhill curve. For me, at this point, I feel they are holding my money for their own use. Imagine the interest they are making by holding payments for 30 days that were supposed to be paid in 2 days. Plus the fact that I have 2 open support tickets and NO ONE will respond to either. I have been calling daily for 3 weeks, and have given up on getting my money. I will never do business with them again, nor will I do business with a brokerage who uses them to pay their customers. It's flat-out fraud for them to hold money as they do.Review from Olga L

This is the worst factoring company ever. I sent an email for cancellation of their services on February 22, 2022, today if April 4, 2022, I have not received their approval for the cancellation. my last paperwork for factoring was on November 2021, I do not owed them anything they do not have any paperwork to factor for me the opposite they owe me my reserved account. What happened to this factoring co. It has gone downhill. Can not get anyone on the phone or email. Please run for the hills when someone tries to recommend this company.
