I am a long time customer of ********************** in ********* **. I have never had an issue with this dealership until 11/24/23 when I took my car in for an oil change. On 12/8/23 my engine light and oil light came on after the oil change so I took my car back to the dealership to have it inspected. Brinson Ford in ********* is the only auto shop who has worked on my car so I assumed this would be an easy fix. I was told that they need to run a diagnostic test and I would be responsible for paying the $130.00 because the technician didnt work for free and had to be paid by me. Since the oil was changed by them the week before, I felt they could have looked at my car for free. I went to another dealership to get a battery because Brinson told me I needed one, and while at the other dealership I was told I had too much oil in my car. While I was waiting for my battery to be replaced, I received a call from Brinson telling me to return to their dealership. Upon my return, they took my car to the back and then proceeded to tell me that I did have too much oil in my car, and I would probably need a new motor. I tried to work out some type of solution with them since they are the only ones who had done the oil change but when I spoke with *************************, the service manager, he kept telling me I shouldve gotten the extended warranty and there is nothing he can do for me. I asked **** if I could speak with the General Manager and he proceeded to tell me that he had no General Manager and there was no one over him that I could talk to. I went to the website and I see that a ************************* is the General Manager so Im confused as to why ************************* is unwilling to let me speak with him. ************************* is also refusing to run a diagnostic test so that we can find out exactly what the issue is. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and feel that they are not trying to work with me, a loyal customer. My car is still at ******************** with no resolution in sight.Review from sharon U

i just biught a car from them 8 months ago and transmission went out. they told me i dont have a warranty on the car, i have to pay out of my pocket
