The WORST company to be representing our college athletes!! I ordered a jersey in early MAY it is now THANKSGIVING and I STILL haven't received it! I've reached out to customer service multiple times and keep getting the run around, with ZERO answers. I wanted to support my son and wear it to a few of his games but, sadly his SENIOR season is now OVER and I never got to do that and never will. This company should not be in business!

********* COMPANY!!!! BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE! BAD SHIPPING! BAD QUALITY JERSEYS! BAD POLICY! Like the rest of you we were trying support our athletes by paying for overpriced merch and jerseys. The owner ***** ****** of Influxer Founder, CEO. Instagram tyler_jaynes_ makes promises he can't keep. We ordered several items and so did our friends. Almost all were delivered weeks and months late. It's pretty disappointing when your not wearing a jersey for your kid when he is starting in his first game on national television. Why don't my wife and I have our gear? Well, the simple answer is, we ordered from ***** ****** of Influxer. Here is We spent ****** on. 2 jerseys. It took over 7 weeks to finally get them (last week was game 5,still did't have them). The jersey's showed up wrong color, cheap material for "jerseys" you can see through the front and out back, and there are red, white and blue stripes on the sleeves. Not part of the team jersey, stitching is so bad. Even delivering the wrong jersey, 7 weeks late they are still refusing to refund me. Can you believe the audacity of this guy! I sent so many emails canceling these jerseys only to get the same standard cut and paste ******** from ***** about how he was once a player and didn't get any NIL money. So he wanted to start a company just to help those players. If that were true we would also want to be respectful to the player's families and friends. I canceled these jersey's several times due to the failure to deliver in a timely manner since the 2nd week of September. Only to be denied my right to my money back. ***** and Influxer think they have the right to keep our money, exceed the company deliver policy shipping days by months, and deliver c*** you can't wear! TOO BE CLEAR, I CANCELED THE ORDER MANY TIME DUE TO FAILURE TO DELIVER AND WHEN THE **** SHOWS UP. ITS IT WRONG AND CHEAPLY MADE. They are still refusing to refund my money. I ask for a call. Influxer merchandise is cheap. Not worth the money. You'd be better off buying the shirts or merchandise directly from the school. Thin, see through, material. Be aware that they are all AI with absolutely no human intervention. Their chat is not a chat with. They do not provide a phone number.
