    I was online purchasing tickets for a ***** ******* at The Sphere and this website popped up as if it was Ticketmaster. It ticked down the time like it was Ticketmaster and even had my profile in the upper right hand corner like Ticketmaster. I was led to believe that I was basically on the Ticketmaster site. I ordered 4 tickets totaling $1584.58 and then when I got my email confirmation it said that I wouldn't be getting my tickets until June. All my other friends who ordered their tickets immediately got their tickets in their inbox. I contacted customer support about why I cannot have my tickets immediately. I realize it's a resale site, but when customer service said that the ticket owners did not have their tickets yet from the venue I knew that was not true. Several friends of mine ordered tickets to the same event on the same day and they already have their tickets and seat numbers. Once TicketsOnSale's customer service told me that, I went online and realized that this company is a ****. I am so upset. $1584.58 is alot of money for me and to be scammed is heartbreaking.

    Just to follow up, I did actually receive the tickets for the event, but I still don't know if they are valid or not. I suppose we should pause on the investigation until I am able to test their authenticity.

We do not own any of the inventory displayed on our site. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry. It should also be noted, tickets for our customer's event were transferred electronically through a third-party platform to the email address they provided during checkout on 1/20/25 at 9:02 AM CST. The email customer received contains instructions and a link to claim their tickets. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    I was directed to Ticketsonsale's website when searching for specific tickets to show. It was my belief that this site was the official ticket site for the venue as the venue's site did not come up at all in the search on multiple links to Ticketsonsale. I placed the order. Within minutes of placing the order, I was told we already have tickets to this event. Of course, I needed the order confirmation number before I could log a dispute. There was no way for me to stop the transaction. I contacted the customer care service online and over the phone. The representatives told me that I could not be issues a refund. They told me I could go on the secondary market to sell the tickets that they could not provide me at this time. They were unable to confirm my specific seat numbers. How can they refuse me a refund for tickets that do not exist yet? They are selling tickets to events they don't have yet. They purchase those tickets through third party reselling organizations and then provide you with the tickets at a later date. They could cancel the order prior to confirmation but choose not to. This organization is built on deception and is unwilling to accommodate legitimate requests to cancel.

Directly at the top of our website it states, "We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office."

    During the checkout process a detailed order summary was displayed on screen and informed our customer of their event details, price per ticket, and applicable fees. This information was fully disclosed after our customer entered their email address and selected a ticket delivery method, but before they were asked to enter any payment information. At the bottom of this page and above the "Place Order" button it was stated, "By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. I understand that I will be charged $707.87 to my selected method of payment. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Our customer clicked the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase  by which they accepted the order total and relevant terms of sale. 

    Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, TicketsOnSale does not set or control the ticket delivery date. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets which may be dependent upon the event or primary supplier. We'd like to note that our customer's purchase is covered by a 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before their event. Since all relevant purchase terms were agreed to when our customer completed their order we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact out customer service department.

    purchased 4 tickets for ******* ***** which i thought was the valid Genesee Theater website. turned out to be redirected to ticketsonsale. total for 4 tickets is 424 with a service charge of ****** = ******. confirmation email sent that does not include the actual ticket and i was suppose to wait 2 hrs prior to event day to find out if the tickets are even available. event is march *******.. tue total cost thru TICKETMASTER with the fees AND SEAT number is ****** ( 69 + ***** service fee per ticket)

Our customer was asked to provide an email address and select a ticket delivery method. After a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a complete order total was calculated. An itemized breakdown of our customers order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $570.38 was displayed in bold text on this screen. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below the order summary, our customer was presented with the message stating, "By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. I understand that I will be charged $570.38 to my selected method of payment. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Our customer selected "Place Order" confirming their purchase. 

    As outlined above, due to the nature of our business as an independent ticket marketplace, TicketsOnSale is not associated with any venue, box office, or primary supplier.     On December 12, 2024, I purchased two tickets to see the comedian **** ******* at the ****** ****** Cedar at the *********************. When purchasing these tickets, I was sure to check the information regarding my ability to get a refund for them. I will have knee replacement surgery on February 17 at *********** in ************. I knew I might not be able to attend this event, but I was hopeful. Upon searching for seats, I was directed to Ticketmaster. I looked at their terms of service and saw that they would refund me if needed. When I chose my particular seats, I wasn't notified that I was being directed to a third-party vendor, Tickets On Sale, which has a no-refund policy.After further reflection, I decided that attending this event would most likely not be a pleasant experience for me. I then reached out to Ticketmaster via their app to request a refund. They informed me that they would give me a refund, but since I purchased my tickets from a third party, I needed to contact that third party. When I attempted to contact Tickets On Sale through the "Support" email, ************************* provided in a confirmation email, it bounced back as an invalid email address. The confirmation email sent from tickets on sale also contains two buttons labeled Contact Us. Neither of these buttons are connected to live links.The ticketing process was misleading. I received no notification that I was being transferred to a separate site with separate terms of service. My attempts to contact Tickets on Sale are fruitless. I want a full refund for these tickets. Also, the ********************* and Ticketmaster must clearly explain this sales process to their customers. They are leaving us vulnerable to unethical third-party sales.

    Tickets on ******** falsely sold us tickets to a Christmas show and never delivered them to us and bought them for family members from out of state. Because of Ticketsonsale.com we are out of over $800 and disappointed family that spent money to get to *******.

    On 12/13/24 our customer contacted us because they had not received their tickets. We reached out to the seller, as we are a resale marketplace and hold no inventory. The seller explained they would provide the tickets by the event which was on 12/14/24. Our records show that our customer agreed to wait for the ticket delivery even though our agent had explained we did not have replacements to offer and offered to cancelled their order. As the seller was unable to fulfill the order, we ultimately had to cancel and refund the customer's order to their original payment method. 


    Prior to receiving this claim, we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer and we maintain that we abided by the agreed upon terms. As such, we consider this matter resolved. If our customer has further concerns regarding their tickets after their event, we encourage them to contact our customer service team.

    On December 18, 2024, I went to **************** to order six tickets to see ******* ******** and the ****** ***** at the ********************. I found the tickets and the location and moved forward to purchase. I purchased them with my credit card and made this interaction on my computer. I then went on my phone to see the purchase on my app. It did not show up on my phone. I checked again, and it's still not on my app. I then checked my email to see the purchase and realized I did not purchase the tickets from **************** but instead from Ticketsonsale.com. I never noticed or realized that the page I was on was no longer ****************. I was furious. I did some research from the Better Business Bureau and realized that **************** was not a reputable company and may be a scam. I believe the company somehow knew when I was on Ticketmaster and inserted themselves without me noticing. I have reached out to **************** to warn them. I have ordered from **************** many times with no problem. This will have me second guess if I will use Ticketmaster again. Ticketsonsale.com is nonrefundable; they have until one hour before the show to get you your tickets, and people have received not the ticket they paid for but a different ticket all together. I did write to them and all I received was what it on their website.

    Before I get started with the event, I have one parking ticket an only one in my possession. for the original payment of $108.86.On October 31st of 2024 I went online to Ticket Master to purchase a parking ticket for the event I was attending, I put in my credit card # and all of my info, pressed enter. God and behold the website said ticket no longer available. I was thinking to myself these are going ******* I look for another ticket, this one was a little more expensive, follow the same process this transaction has gone through. I go to my Ticketmaster app and now I have the tickets for the event and two parking passes. I immediately call my credit card company(*************)to inform them that I only bought one ticket, The representative said don't worry these are only authorizations, the first one will probably disappear. I get home and go on my computer to check my emails and I have an email from TicketsOnSale for a purchase of a ticket for the event. I realized that I was fooled by the internet.All fine and dandy I'll call the company and resolve this problem (the event was not for 2months) and return the second ticket I don't need. I spend a 1/2 hr on the phone with the representative to tell me that I am responsible for the purchase. THEIR WEBSITE SAID TICKET NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND IT FORCED ME TO BUY A SECOND ONE! If this was Ticketmaster the problem would have been rectified.What I did next was contact the ParkWhiz,spoke to a very knowledgeable individual who informed me I have no parking tickets. I go back to my emails and I have an email from Ticketsonsale with an individuals name and ticket #.The Parkwhiz representative immediately sends me an email with the ticket # and a letter stating that this is my parking ticket. He also informed me that they only deal with Ticketmaster.Ticketsonsale is a third party ticket company, and like most of the third party ticket sales, they are here to help themselves and not you. How can I drive 2 cars at once.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets on Sale is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets on Sale, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry.

    I intended to purchase two tickets for ** ***** concert on February 8, 2025. I searched for "Ticketmaster" on ****** and clicked on what I believed to be Ticketmaster's official website. However, the link redirected me to ****************, which appeared as the first result on the search page. Mistakenly believing I was on Ticketmaster, I proceeded to pay for the tickets.Later, I realized I had made a mistake when I found that TicketOnSale's website does not allow me to log in or access any profile to manage my purchase. Suspecting this was not a legitimate transaction, I contacted their support team, but they refused to issue a refund, giving various excuses. I now believe this was a deceptive business practice.

    At the time of this reply a full refund was provided to the customer. The refund was initiated on 12/12/2024 and an email informing them of this refund was sent to the email address provided during the checkout process on 12/13/24. As a refund was provided to the customer we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any questions regarding their refund we would advise them to contact their financial institution.

    Im writing regarding an order placed on December 10, 2024, for four concert tickets. My intention was to purchase these tickets directly from Ticketmaster; however, without my knowledge, I was redirected to your website during the checkout process. This redirection occurred after selecting tickets on Ticketmaster and proceeding to payment. I only became aware of this when I checked my email, expecting a confirmation from Ticketmaster but instead finding one from Ticketsonsale.The deceptive manner in which your website intercepts transactions is deeply concerning. I am not sure what type of algorithm or system your website employs to redirect consumers, but it raises significant legal and ethical questions. This conduct appears to be fraudulent and, based on my understanding, may constitute a felony.I paid nearly $1,000 for these tickets and have no confidence that they are legitimate or would even be honored if received. Furthermore, despite reaching out, your company has refused to release the funds back to my bank. This refusal, combined with the countless reports from other individuals who have faced similar issues, only confirms that your practices are not only unethical but also potentially illegal.I intend to file a police report and escalate this matter to the authorities for further investigation. . Your actions have caused significant financial and emotional distress, and I am demanding an immediate resolution, including a full refund of the funds associated with this order.

    Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, The ************** (Rescheduled from 10/26), they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, ********************** is a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office. After our customer selected the ticket listing, they desired, they were directed to the checkout page where this information is further reiterated on the right-hand side of the page. "Please note: We are a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller. Ticket prices may exceed face value." Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customers order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $908.04 was displayed in bold text. This information was fully disclosed before our customers were asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are presented with the message stating, By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. I understand that I will be charged $908.04 to my selected method of payment. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). 

    Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, TicketsOnSale does not own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the selected tickets and is dependent upon a number of factors, including when the tickets are released by the primary issuer, with which TicketsOnSale has no affiliation. In accordance with our 100% Buyer Guarantee, our customer will be provided with their tickets in time for their event. All orders are protected by ensuring tickets are certified authentic and will arrive in time for your event. Ticket delivery options selected in checkout include email, flash seats, smartphone/mobile entry, **** and special delivery, depending upon the specific listing. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry. 

    It should be noted that our website and purchase process are completely user driven. As such, TicketsOnSale cannot alter the selections a buyer makes during the checkout process. Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer. As all order details in question were accessibly and visibly displayed prior to placing their order, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.
