            ********** website and company. They automatically authorized my payment and over charged me $300 above the price on the website. I never received the tickets! I emailed, called and chatted to get a refund. They denied. Im filing charges and complaint s! Do not use them! Im beyond frustrated with companies stealing from others!

            ****************. Please read before using this company to purchase tickets. I accidentally made a purchase for the wrong show and immediately reached out to the company to issue a refund or at least swap tickets. The live agent did not even attempt to hear my concerns. Please do not use this company as they will take your money but not give it back.

            Ugh. I am so annoyed with myself for not doing better research on this company before purchasing. I was also overcharged for tickets to an event. When I went to their customer service chat I was gaslit over and over, when I asked for their policies for me to review. Additionally, they kept switching between we have policies that limit reselling while also saying they have no policy in place for me to review and better understand for myself. When I called it out the customer service agent just ended our chat of her own volition.Either way RUN dont walk away from this company and its lack of customer service, ethical business practices, and transparency into their policies and the cost associated with their tickets.

            This was the worst experience ever! We paid for 5 tickets four months ahead of time, and were promised delivery of them one day before the event. It was for Swinging Little Christmas at the ********************, in *******. I was kept on hold for over an hour. The customer service *** canceled our order without letting us know, and told us we had NO TICKETS! I am beyond disappointed at this fraudlent practice!

            I bought pre-sale tickets for ************************ in *******. Selected seats and paid, thought I was done, just like many ticket purchases in the past. BUT NO. Come the day of the event, I did NOT have my final tickets. It was a nightmare trying to get my tickets, kept getting a runaround and did NOT end up with the seats I selected. The original tickets cost about $950 and they SAY they are giving me a mere $50 refund. IMO, this was a total scam and they ruined my family's day with their unacceptable business practices. Be aware of who is actually selling you your tickets and don't buy if you aren't sure of the seats you selected.

            Scam. Hustle. ******. Do NOT use. They charged me an extra $20 per ticket and then added another $50 on top of it. I was stupid enough to go thru with it. Never again. I don't know how this business continues to function and how the BBB has not shut these rotten mfs down. Absolutely scumbaggery.

            This company has zero price transparency. I clicked on a ticket price, I went to check out and it still showed only the ticket price, and then after I checked out with Apple Pay the price rose by $50+. There was no breakdown of taxes and fees. Had the actual total been showed to me, I would have purchased a cheaper ticket. I thought I may have missed it so went in to pretend to buy another ticket and it still didnt show a breakdown. I have screenshots. I went to my email receipt to see the breakdown and nothing on that either. They told me over the phone they would email me the breakdown and all I got was a survey. Complete scam. Ill make sure everyone I know never uses this company.

            Fraud ... appears as if on real seller website. Huge fees per ticket that don't show up until after processing. Should be shut down.
