My wife hired this law firm in April 2017 for an IVC filter claim. She submitted all relevant documents regarding her broken IVC filter and its removal. Two years later, the firm informed her that, according to their records, she never had an IVC filter in her body and required her to undergo a CT scan to verify it. She complied, took the scan, and submitted proof ******** November 2023, she was notified that the case had been settled. However, as of today, February 2025, we have received no further updates. Despite numerous calls and emails, we have been unable to reach anyone. Their phone line is always busy, and they never return calls or respond to emails.This level of service is unacceptable. We are deeply concerned about the handling of settlement funds and question how this law firm maintains an A+ rating with the BBB.Review from Nancy H

I would highly recommend contacting Nachawati Injury Lawyers if you find yourself the victim of an incident. I was t-boned by a stock trailer and suffered severe neck and head damage. I contacted Nachawati, where I was directed to **** ****. He was so thorough and started my case immediately; made sure I was getting the proper treatment and even set up an MRI for me. His team set up my doctors appointments and made sure I got the physical therapy I needed until I was back on track. ***** team made sure I got the settlement I deserved and that my medical expenses were covered. Having a wreck is traumatic, but making sure you get the right care should not beso I would highly recommend Nachawati!!

I have been waiting 8 years now for this case to b resolved only to b told today that they r waiting for a deadline on the payout of the settlement. Im in financial *************** this money. Im renting a room for ******* son. I need to get my own place. This waiting game is ridiculous. Im starting think im being played by this law firm. I never hear anything from them. I have to call n always get the same answer. The sad part is that this law firm has 1 star or less on this bbb site. U would think with ratings that low, they would change the way they do business. I also have a TVM case with this firm. I have been calling twice a month, after I have been told my case was settled. It is always the same answer, "we don't have the funds, and we don't know when we will receive them" This has been going on for almost 6 years. Very disappointed.Nachawati Law Group, PLLC Response

I am a Disable Veteran. This firm has been holding my Bards IVC settlement for almost two years. I have called and called to no avail. No one will call or return messages. They don't even answer the phone. I have been told that the VA is the hold up. Not true! I have personally spoke to the VA and explained my financial hardship and was told they were waiting for the proper documentation from the law firm. The Law firm received their monies immediately when the settlement was reached. Now I have to beg for my money. I have many medical and financial issues, and I need my money. Shame on this law firm. We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated, however it appears that there is a misunderstanding. There are 3 separate VA matters that must be resolved in your case. The Texas VA issue has been completed as you mention, but the California VA has not been responsive to this point. We are currently working to resolve this matter. Until this is completed the law will not allow us to disburse the remaining settlement funds. They have had the settlement funds for my mom's Pradaxa settlement over two years but continue to make up reasons to not disburse. Now they will not even return calls. They have been promising "next week", "next month", "next quarter", "by year end " for well over two years. I have a feeling they plan to keep those funds. My Round up case has been pending for years. Now I get messages from them saying it is dire that I call and when I do they try to sell me a ******** Advantage Plan - which is have NO interest in. Very sad and very frustrated. My late husband died from Lymphoma and now to be treated like this? It looks like they are victimizing victims, a double whammy here.Nachawati Law Group, PLLC Response

I have had a case with them for a long time on the Bard IVC filter and I have to this day heard anything from an attorney, I am beginning to wonder if I made a mistake using them.Everytime I call for a update it's always the same they are working on getting the packets out by the end of this year which is a little over 2 weeks so I praying that this is the truth.
