    Have contacted firm since 2017 and no *********** named as a representative and contacted the firm to not hear from them again. They provided another family member the judgement from the suit.Being the mother of 5 of the 8 grandchildren to the deceased, I know what her final wishes were.Spoke with Mrs. ******* often up to her death.Her last Will and Testament had myself and her grandchildren listed just 1 month prior to death.The law firm has ignored over 25 calls and emails about the estate and lawsuit. The family members they spoke with after me, they provided the estate information and settlement. I don't know if anything was, but sure has been traveling the world since.I was sent this information as a representative, why are they ignoring every contact attempt. Is the claim awarded incorrectly? Quit hiding.

    Please note that the client's last will and the probate process are not events that are under the control of our law firm.  As in all cases, we aim to secure the highest award or settlement value that is possible under the facts and circumstances of the client's case, which is what we accomplished here.  Regarding the distribution to beneficiaries, this is controlled by the will probate process and not our law firm.  We apologize for any misunderstanding.

    This seems to be routine with this law firm. They bugged me called me every single day regarding getting documents to them because I had a deadline. Sent me paperwork via ***** regarding the *** Filter Litigation. Once I sent the documents back...crickets...this was April 2024. Now my brother just called again for about the 10th time and today is November 26th. We were told that we should here something by the end of the year. Ummm It is the end of the year. Then we wont have info until February or March and at that time we have more paper work to complete. What **** paper work? H*** we already filled out a bunch of paperwork. Where is the **** check? Tell me that. Why are yall not contacting me like you were before I sent you the **** paper work before. Ringing my phone off the hook. When you respond to me like you have to everyone else. Tell me where the check is. Are you all filing these lawsuits and keeping the money? It seems to be the case considering that all of these complaints seem to be the exact same problem. My next stop will be to the bar association. Cause this seems like a scam.

    I have been waiting on a lawsuit for over 7 years now two cases one of them has been settled but I haven't seen anything in the way of information or money the second one is still in litigation from what I'm told but I believe I'm being lied to every time I talk to them

    I hired the Law Firm , signed release forms, they recieved the funds and I have been in fund distribution since July 2023 , we were originally to have funds by last year. For 13 months I have been in a queue with accounting and only explanation is its like Spotify you in there we just dont know when your gonna come up. But now that they have the funds there in no hurry to pay claimants. I call and get your in queue and thats all. Now when you call they just take a message and I have left 17 messages with no call back so I went on social media messenger and left a message there with a response of your in a queue with accounting and I stated yes for 13 months, oh I let the attorney know. And Nothing! Not a word from them also. Its like now that they have the funds their claimants are not important. Its like you have to beg them for the funds that are yours, but they still dont care. I dont understand how they can get away with taking so long. I will never refer this law firm to anyone

    I have tried contacting them on multiple occasions about my case. I have left multiple phone messages and thet never return my call. In past conversations I was given a lot of double talk and never got an answer concerning where my case is. I would like to have my phone calls returned and given a clear answer on where my case is at this time.

    I signed the settlement agreement last November and was told I would receive my payment in 8 .months, a few months ago I was told all liens have till April to return all record liens and then when called again a few weeks ago, I was told it was in claims and since then they won't answer any calls, it is not fair they are collecting interest on the funds they received on the settlement, I don't recommend anyone with this law firm, they are taking advantage of people

    I joined the hernia mesh class action lawsuit over 5 years ago. The law firm kept telling me that the case was progressing. A few months ago they told me that the judge had ruled in our favor and that I would be seeing a settlement soon. Ive been calling but get nothing but a prerecorded message with no response. Ive emailed them but the email was returned as an invalid email address. *** sent them my personal information, my medical records.

    I am involved in the Talc lawsuit and they are my attorney. On April 26th I was contacted to fill out more paper work with the threat that I may not get anything if I didn't. I downloaded the app to do this but there are no documents. I tried to contact to them by Phone, email, text and even a chat but have never spoken to anybody, have left many messages also. would like to speak to someone about this.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks *******************

    I hired this law firm in 2017 for the roundup class action suit have been getting the run a round since 2018 I was told two years ago my case would be heard and resolved this February no one answers the phone no one returns your phone call do not know what's going on with the case and was not notified that the law firm would be splitting up this is ridiculous no response by email phone mail or any source

    I have been working with this law firm over 5 years now. I have reached out on numerous occasions trying to attain the status of my case and I continue to get the run around. If you're lucky, the receptionists will answer the phone and direct you to someone who will then provide nothing of substance to aide in your inquiry. 95% of the time you're communicating with voicemail, however, rarely are calls returned. The times I have been successful speaking with someone, I've been told a myriad of excuses from the person handling my case has changed hands to they're still waiting on medical records. I've contacted the hospital, doctors' office and insurance company to attain the records myself. All of the information has been submitted, however, I continue to get the run around. My most recent attempt was 3 weeks ago and I was told they were about to reach a settlement and I would receive a call back but no such attempt has been made. I have left several messages since then to no avail. I have seen multiple complaints of the same nature. When will this firm be held accountable for their poor business practices?
