            I started a potential claim with this company in 2017 it took 4 years to tell me if they don't accept these types of cases they put a tolling agreement on my potential claim now no other law firm will take my case I've called numerous other law firms they won't take my case due to that I now feel like I'm out of options no one will help me I feel like this law firm has lied to me when I did call I just spoke to an answering machine or was told someone would call me back sometimes it would take two weeks to hear from someone I was told not to worry about the statute of limitations my case was okay then I get a letter of denial after 4 years that shouldn't take no more than 6 months I feel let down and nowhere to go thanks to Fears Nachawati law firm 4 years you ruined me you know the law and all you're going to do is make excuses and get away with it terrible service

            Talc powder law suit. I can't ever get someone on the phone. I've been patiently waiting for things to move forward and to receive some kind of helpful information regarding my claim since 2017

            I hired Fears and Nachawti PLLC in 2017 for my Ethicon Hernia Mesh case, and they were never communicating with me I would call and eventually they would call back and said that my case was moving forward, so I assumed it was, then in Oct 2021 they sent me a letter saying that they weren't taking my case any longer, and it made me really depressed to think that I suffered for 8 years with no quality of life, just to finally hear after all the years that I would have to find another lawyer immediately, so I started looking, and then suddenly Fears and Nachawati PLLC called said that the letter was a mistake, that they were still taking my case, so I told them that I would let them tell the other lawyer that I hired since they made the mistake and to also email me what the phone conversation was that we had so I could have some piece of mind, well this year May 2022 they wrote the same identical letter saying that they couldn't take my case and to find another lawyer or legal representative immediately. They didn't even give me a clear reason why. I'm worried they settled and didn't give me my compensation for suffering with that mesh. Why would they keep my case going for that many years just to not get compensation? I feel like someone needs to help me to get the compensation that I deserve.
