    I started with Fears Nachawati in early 2017. I received an Email from ************************* on 5/18/17 after sending them medical records in volving my Hernia repairs. on 6/19/17 I received a letter from Fears thanking me for choosing Fears/Nachawati. On 5/28/19 I received a Email from Hernia Client Help saying they received records for my 11/27/17 surgery ( I sent records for all 5 surgery's) I re-sent my Medical Records again on 6/17/19. and that was the last time I had any contact with anyone from the Firm. I called in late January of this year and finally got a receptionist who put me on hold for a minute, when she returned she told me that the Brand of Mesh used was not the Mesh covered. I asked if she could send me a letter confirming I was no longer a client so I could contact another Lawyer and she replied yes and have AGAIN heard Nothing. Either a Fraud or Totally Unprofessional !

    Yes I've been with the law firm for 6 years and I've been getting the runaround from this law firm the lady told me April of 2020 that the company that they were suing has settled and I should be receiving my money April 28th and that they have already settled but then when I try to call them to confirm they told me something else different than it would be at the month of December of 2020 that I will receive my money the lady that has spoke to that has said that they have fired her they told me that I was supposed to receive my money last year of 2022 it will be the middle part of December I have not received my money yet every time I try to call them I can't speak to my lawyer but they send me to a paralegal and every time you try to ask them something they always get smart with you and won't let you speak to my lawyer every time I try to call them I get a different answer all the time saying that my money will be here and they have waiting on the defense to send in the paperwork now they're trying to say that they did not say that everyone that I know that has the same case that I have already got the money this is the fourth complaint that I have put up here and every time that you put a complaint of her someone always call with a different explanation I am getting another lawyer sincerely ***************

    Before I had called them I was represented by ***************************** of ******* ***** they informed me that they could not do anything with my case and that they had to drop me because I didn't have a case I contacted fears not your body Law Firm explained everything to them told him that ******* and Associates had dropped me as a client they never once informed me that they would be working on my case with them but when my settlement offer came in their name was on the settlement offer to say that they're working with my lawyers now fears not your wedding I had no knowledge of this it didn't know what was going on they send me an email settlement offer didn't read it to me didn't explain anything to me I was confused didn't actually know what I was signing and thought that it was wrong I went ahead and signed the paperwork but I feel like they're lowballing me and I do not respect the fact that they're working with someone that told me I didn't have a case and dropped me I don't know what to do about it and I need some help can you please contact me as soon as possible thank you and God bless

    In October of 2021 I was informed that it would take 12 to 18 months to receive my settlement from the *** filter class action lawsuit. I've tried many times to call, and leave messages in regards to this. Today, I got through and was told it will take another 12 to 18 months to receive the settlement. They told me for the second time now that they have to get in contact with all the billing departments of the hospital involved with the procedure to negotiate what's owed and pay them before i receive any settlement. It feels to me that that should have been done over the past 15 months and not have to wait another 12 to 18 months for any sort of settlement left over. My next step will be in filing a complaint with the Texas ********************** Also I've asked them for an email while talking to them this morning for an email explaining the hold up for my records, verified the correct contact info on my account and still have not received said email.

    I constantly get E-Mails from this company and I am unable to Unscribe! The E-mails involve the **** ******* water contamination. I never reached out to them, but they continue to bomb me with E-mails. I am a senior citizen and want this to stop! They have even given me a case number. Thanks

    I filed a lawsuit several years ago with this firm for the mesh lawsuit. I received a written settlement in September which I accepted, signed, and returned the paperwork. Weeks went by and I heard nothing so I reached out to the lawfirm. Each time all they say is they are waiting to collect all releases. Then I contacted them again after several weeks same answer. Then I asked them how long did they have to receive the releases and they said there is no timeframe. I am 76 years old. There has to be a timeframe or I should have already been paid since I agreed to the settlement or this case could potentially never end. I know this law firm is not going to have a "no timeframe" for them to get paid. I only want what is rightfully mine and what has been agreed to in writing. The paperwork I signed did not state I would have to wait forever to receive my money. I want my settlement paid immediately.

    I have a Talc litigation in place since 2017 and no one is reaching out to me. I have called several times and keep getting reasons why this is not resolved yet. It would be nice to talk directly to a Lawyer handling my case and not just a receptionist. Now I'm calling and no one in the office is answering.

    i signed a document from ***** ********* to help me get a pre-settlement loan but they still refuse to let me get a loan i have a transvaginal mesh suit with them since 2018 i have to keep calling them to get answers but all they tell me is give it more time so i really do not know what is going on with my case or how much longer it is going to take that is why i wanted to get a loan but got refused because the firm will not sign off on it so why did they have me sign the paper if they were not going to honor it

    I used this firm to represent me in the Essure lawsuit. I have reached out numerous times to find out when I will receive a settlement and for information regarding the specifics of my settlement. Recently, I was told that more information was forthcoming, but I haven't been contacted by phone, email, or mail. It seems as if these folk make up information as they go along. I know that other firms have started paying settlement and provide their clients updates much more consistently. I am starting to wonder if they have taken all of the information that I have been providing them since 2015 and taken the settlement for themselves.

I am simply asking for a date that I will receive my funds. Which I feel I'm entitled to.
