I ordered a set of dumbbells for $265.82 (includes tax) on 8/24/2024, which I have not received yet. It is now 11/13/2024. I contacted them through their website in September, and they never contacted me back or updated my order. I got an automated email from them on 10/22/2024 asking for repeat business.I followed up with an email on 10/22/2024 asking where my shipment was. There was no response.I then followed up earlier today (11/13/2024) and have not heard back from them. My advice is to stay away from this company.

Your order seemed to be stuck on hold in our system due to using Sezzle payment gateway (we had issues with syncing orders through that payment method). Regardless, we see now your order in our system and can either process for shipping within next day or we can refund, please advise what you would like to do. ThanksReview from Roman L

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Appravo.com, and I can't express how thrilled I am with my experience. I ordered a power tower and got my item in 5 business days. Good quality and communication.Review from Jeremy B

Do not bother ordering anything from this place.. your order will stay in processing and they will not give you any updates on order status or shipping. I reached out 4 different times to get information on my order and even then they provided little to no information. Items that ship do not ship from this company they are just a 3rd party e-commerce site that do not do anything their website states when it comes to processing and shipping. I ordered an item they stated was in stock with 916 units in stock. It never shipped, order never left out of processing state and took me 3 times of contacting to find out where it was shipping from. I explained it was a time sensitive order and they assured me they would get with the manufacturer and inquire and note that they needed it shipped ASAP. After 4 days and no update or change in order status I reached out to the manufacturer myself (Since they claimed this is where it was shipping from) and they claimed that there was no order being scheduled to ship to my address or any record of anything from Appravo.com. I sent another email (4th) asking again where my order was and it's status. They cancelled my order without any explanation whatsoever or any contact back to my email. My Advice STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
