Only been living with power Properties for 3 weeks now the management is totally trash says they with give a call back and nothing is done not even a call back. Employees talk to you with total disrespect and are very racist. Maintenance is is totally unbelievable will leave you live in an apartment that not ready and is not live able and when you call them to fix something don't expect them to come fix it until 2 weeks or more. I could keep going I have so many problems with this company it's crazy it's only been 3 weeks!Review from Elizabeth L

I'm in disbelief...I came home to my shrubbery being distroyed and mutilated!!!!! I am beyond livid at this point!!! I literally cry every time I look at it!!!!!! A few weeks ago my bushes had already been neatly trimmed. I am at a complete loss as to why this was done, and no re landscaping is not being done. I understand in the fall the crepe myrtle is supposed to be trimmed back but not to that extreme. It is literally only July. I do not understand at all what happened, and when I went to the landlords this morning was just treated like it did not matter and the office manager Clearly did not care and had no remorse for what had happened to my home. It had to have been the groundskeepers of some kind because the landscapers never touch any of the bushes to that extent nor have they in the last seven years. I fertilize trim rake and keep my area neat and clean. I do not understand why this happened and I was not at home or you can assure it would not have! I literally feel sick to my stomach to look at my home now and and beyond embarrassed to go home. The view out of my living room window is to say the least disgusting and very depressing!!!Review from Kimberly S

Be prepared to pay double the fees and deposit money because Power Properties are not satisfied with scamming you once but they are so skilled at it that they'll do no it twice. Not to mention, they'll keep asking if you have a pet or if you would like washer and dryer connections (even though they market free usage of their laundry facilities) to have more fun tacking on miscellaneous fees. My biggest complaints are these special apartment application links to apply for an apartment twice which is misrepresentation as the apartment building we toured was not the same one he wrote in the lease. He puffed up the value of renting here, the desirability, the location when in fact none of this was based on facts . As a leasing MANAGER, he is the true definition of misrepresentation as he was unprofessional in all mannerisms, spoke rudely over emails, and once spoken to about inaccurate building listed on the lease denied all refunds.Review from Gregory K

This place is a joke. Nobody here wants to work with you. I got out of the Army last year and moved to Dallas. They've made me regret renting with them every step of the way. They will charge you every month unjustifiable fees. Then hide in their office to avoid speaking to you. If you call their office. They will tell you to email them. Worst place I've ever lived in the country, and I've been alot of places. Not to mention the registered sex offender they had living here when I moved in that was masturbating outside my window. They will allow anyone to rent. Stay far away from this place. You will regret it every month.
