I originally went into Always A-way 3/4/2023 to purchase a vehicle from their lot. I was advised that I had been approved by sensible auto lender and $4500.00 was the requested down payment my cc was swiped for $4000.00 and the remaining $500.00 was sent from me via Zelle to ****** ********************* aka DJ.. on 3/11/2023. On 3/11/2023 I was told to come in and pick up my *************** that were never given to me. I go back into Always A way 3/13/23 and was then told that I needed to sign some additional documents. Come to find out that my previous contract from 3/4/23 was actually for in house and I would need to sign again for Sensible Auto. On 3/14/23 a rep named ******* called to do a finalized interview and I stated I would call her right back due to being busy at the time of the call and about 5 mins later I received correspondence as if I completed the finalized interview. I begin to wonder and feel scammed so I reach out to **** and filed a complaint. On 3/23/23 the check engine light came on and car was jerking so I went to get a diagnostic testing done and was told the timing set (timing chain and gear) needed immediate attention. I was able to contact AUL with whom the warranty I purchased is with and I am currently without a vehicle because the car I just purchase had to be towed to the shop on 3/24/2023. I contacted Sensible Auto 3/24/23 and filed a complaint and even the rep I spoke stated that it sounded like some type of fraud from Always A Way. Also, to ad my dealers tag has been out since 3/19/23 so I havnt even been able to drive the vehicle without being scared to be cited for driving with expiring tags. I am In my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and this issue has had me literally sick to my stomach and dealing with emotional distress. If possible I would like a refund or some type of resolution for this issue. Even if I need an attorney.

We would like to clarify that the vehicle you purchased was sold "as is," and all terms of the contract were accurately presented.

OCCC reviewed the paperwork and confirmed that everything was in order. We strive to maintain transparency and ensure our customers are fully informed during the buying process.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes, the vehicle was sold as is . ******************* even stated that the issues were pre-existing and definitely were known. **** was contacted because there were 2 contracts. But the situation has been resolved in my opinion. I politely had the vehicle returned to the dealership. Honesty is always key!

We would like to clarify that the vehicle you purchased did not have any liens on it at the time of sale. We conducted a thorough history check, and it is documented that the car has already been transferred twice to other buyers prior to your purchase.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you if you have any further questions.

The first week of February I bought a 2010 charger from this business for 5,000 dollars. I drove the car exactly 19 miles when it broke down on me on my way home. I spent the night in my car in Dallas trying to find a ride home in Denison. In hindsight the salesman allowed me to only take it around the block during the test drive and never let me get the car over 35 mph but this was my first car I'd ever bought so I didn't know any different. I called the next morning and it took me 2 days to get an answer about what they were going to do about the car. They offered to give me $100. I had to have the car towed to the Chrysler dealership at my own expense where I was told it needed a new motor cause there were two rods bent and that would cost me another $6000 to $7000 which I can not afford to do considering I just graduated high school this last school year. I am trying to start my life and without a way to work makes it about impossible. I don't know what I'm going to do and I need help. I can upload all receipts for the bill of sale the tow truck and the estimate from the dealership if there is anything anybody could do for me. This car has taken everything I have saved up. This owner is a criminal in my opinion
