    Mepco/Everything Breaks purchased 6/27/24 Initial Claim date 12/21/2024 2nd Claim 2/10/2025 Everything Breaks approved work to be done on my vehicle (Contract # EBTL0147640) prior to work being done on 12/21/2024. After payment was due, they claimed there was a data breach and would not be able to pay out any claims for an unknown amount of time. After leaving my car with the mechanic for over a week, I was forced to pay well over $500 out pocket right before Christmas to get my vehicle back. I contacted the company about reimbursement to which they said they would send a check via ****. It is now February 2025 and I still dont have a clear answer as to when I will receive my reimbursement. My credit card company also informed me that they have been auto drafting payments from 2 separate Company IDs which is extremely suspicious and border line predatory .

    WORST COMPANY EVER. HAVE 2 CLAIMS WITH THEM, WAITING ON PAYMENT FOR OVER A MONTH. REFUSE TO PAY OR EVEN LET ME TALK WITH A SUPERVISOR. KEEP TELLING ME THAT IT HAS BEEN ESCALATED. ITS NOW TIME TO GET LAWERS INVOLVED. THIS COMPANT IS BY FAR THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER.

    I wish I had read these reviews before repairing the vehicle. I've been waiting for claim payment for a month and a half. Every time I call they give the same response, they escalated to a payment manager. No one calls back like i'm told. Putting a mechanics lean on the vehicle to sell it for the money thats due. Worse company i've ever dealt with!!!!

    ** would respond to my claim from my auto mechanic. He would wait on line for 40 minutes with no response. I called EB and was told they would not ***** my claim because I change my own oil. Do not deal with this company.

However, as outlined in your contract, all maintenance and services must be performed by a licensed facility in order for claims to be honored. Additionally, we would like to clarify that the repair facility could have opted for a call-back option, ensuring they would not lose their place in line.     THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Ive been trying to cancel my policy for 3 days. I wasnt supposed to be charged for this month but the payment came out of my account anyway. Now they wont answer the phone. I needed roadside assistance, THEY DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE. I needed a ***air covered under my warranty approved a few months ago, THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! The few times i have been able to talk to them the customer service *** is almost ALWAYS guaranteed to have an attitude/not so inviting tone of voice. My experience with them has been horrible. Im owed for the ***air I paid out of my pocket, Im owed for the payment that came out of my account this month and to be fair Im owed for the whole 9 months of service that was never used! Again. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

    Everything break stop paying for my claim,had work did on our truck on the 10-27-2024,I which was approved I have talked to them,send emails that I never received an response to so has the dealership, I just stopped paying on our contract as of the 1-9-2025, at this time I don't even know if this company is still in business.

    By far the worst warranty company I have ever had the dissatisfaction of working with. 1.5 hours on hold MINIMUM for anything. Then when you finally get approval and an agreement for a repair, they don't pay for it! I have emailed them 20 times and spent over 8 hours on the phone with them.

    ***** extended warranty company out there. I have been waiting for payment for a repair that has been completed for over 2 weeks. Every time I call, I'm on hold for at least 1.5hrs. Each time I call asking about the payment status I'm told that they will "escalate" my concern to a supervisor and that someone will "call me with payment." This has to be one for the shadiest and incompetent extended warranty companies out there. Their actions are borderline criminal and fraudulent. If I could give them a zero-star review, I would.
