I bought a car last year from *********** and got Approved by ****. I got a very high interest rate. I feel that I was taken advantage off. I also regret ever getting the car. They made me sign a contract. The car was $22,000 and was told that was the price but with all interest it went up to $31,000. Also if you get car insurance make sure you keep up with it because they will charge you for the months that you dont have insurance. Estimate $444 per month and they will add it on your current loan balance. So you will be struggling to make your car payment.Raiz Federal Credit Union Response

Hello, Mr. ****** Thank you for providing candid feedback regarding your loan experience with Raiz Federal Credit Union. I want to address each part of the feedback individually to ensure an appropriate response. The interest rate for the loan was based on your credit score. All the interest rates on auto loans at **** are based primarily on credit score. While we strive to be as competitive as possible, we must also follow the market conditions and price our auto loan interest rates accordingly. The sales price of $22,900 was under the JD Power Retail value of $24,075. The amount financed was $31,499.05 due to sales tax, titling & dealer fees, and optional products added to the loan amount. All the appropriate documentation was collected authorizing the purchase and finance of these products. Please note that some but not all of these products are partially refundable. If you want to cancel these products, you must do so directly with Casa ******, as only they can. Full coverage insurance with a $1,000 maximum deductible is required for the life of the loan. Any lapse in coverage results in the addition of our loan insurance policy. If you have proof of full coverage insurance during the lapse periods, please send it to ********, and we will submit it to see if you qualify for a partial refund of the insurance policy added to your loan. Our goal is for your experience with **** to be great. It is impossible to get ahold of either a person online or on the phone, regardless of when you call. Setting up bill pay offers an etransfer option but that is inaccurate as a paper check needs to be created. This paper check ends up getting lost and no one can find it. You cannot make a ***** check deposit if it is over a certain limit. This is a limit that cannot be changed. You cannot then decide to just transfer money from your account to pay a bill if it is over a certain limit. If you decide you're fed up with all this there is a penalty for closing your acct.Raiz Federal Credit Union Response

Raiz is Horrible, Don't bank here. Since their system upgrade, I've heard excuse after excuse. A particular Friday- I went in to make a withdrawal from my account. After waiting 45 minutes in line at the drive-thru in 109-degree weather I get to the teller and she tells me the "internet" is down. She can take my cash deposit but to get any money back I have to go into the ATM. Go in and guess what the ATM is down too. The ****** lady goes on to tell me that I will have to come back the next day to make any withdrawals to my account. This has been happening over the last week and they don't know when the system will be going down or coming back up for that matter. She says this is why you shouldn't keep all your $$ at the same bank so you have other options. Seriously? Why wouldn't you have someone outside telling people don't wait in line because we can't support them? She said it was too hot. Um ok; not hot for us waiting in our cars. Yesterday I made a mobile deposit and never received any kind of notification. I went in and saw the daily allowance was reduced by the exact amount of deposit I just made. Today I log in to my bank and my deposit is still not reflected. 2 hours after talking to 3 people (2 of which claimed to be managers) I got there was a glitch in the system; you have to wait yet another day for the deposit to be posted as it was just processed today. Why? It was a glitch. What glitch who is responsible? The resolution was to come into a bank and make the physical deposit for it to post quickly. *** **** *** * **** ****** I have 2 car payments with you and you will literally only get that payment from now until I can find a solution to get those accounts out of your bank. Worst customer service I have experienced in my 45 year career. *** **** **** ** ******** ** ****** *** I have been trying to resolve a problem for several months with zero success. I have been trying to access & deposit funds into my business account & the machine keeps stating that it is not a valid account. I try calling but the wait is 40-50 minutes. I’m very frustrated. They were supposed to change over to the new system but there are many “glitches “ to be ironed out.Raiz Federal Credit Union Response

I needed to call Raiz concerning an account that they were blatantly stealing money from because it was "inactive." Their menu options literally went nowhere until I just spammed options to get a hold signal. Horrible service. My card keeps getting declined although I have sufficient funds. I have called multiple times and have left multiple messages with card service manger, with no phone call returns. It’s impossible to live a quality of life when your card gets denied everywhere. They need to do better on provider quality service.Raiz Federal Credit Union Response
