            Around a year and a half ago I purchase windows from this company. They cost over $25,000.00. I was told that if the windows and sliding doors had any error at all that the company was only a phone call away. They left the siding off of my house, did not insulate or use water barrier, and they cannot be reached. They finally came out and fixed the siding from the *********** office because the electric was exposed and was getting rained on. Now, one of my sliding doors is almost immoveable. I cannot get in touch with anyone and I certainly cannot get a call back. I do not want anyone to get in trouble or anything of that nature. I just want the product I purchased to operate and for the company to keep their word.

            Six Renewal By ******** Windows ordered early Dec 2021. Price $11,000+. Delivery& installation early May 2022. Stucco repair by company on May 25th. Stucco repair was not completed as promised by ***************** installer. The incorrect patching of the stucco after window install will result in cracking around perimeter of the windows. The stucco looks terrible (not what a professional job should look like). The manager then said what do you expect with a remodel? Spoke with ******* manager who stated since you arent happy with our work I will refer this to *** for finish. I have called repeatedly to an 800 helpline# and get a different story every time with promises for call backs which never come. We are at our **** end! A professional job of installation was promised which we paid for, but did not receive.

            I ordered windows which are extremely expensive. They took several months and I finally got a time for installation and the day before they call to cancel installation. No one else could install windows so they said they would be able to do it the next day same time. No one called or showed up and all the numbers I called went to voicemail. Then the installation guy called said he is running late at least 4 hours and then no one has shown up for update. Unprofessional unreliable and no communication with buyer nor money back or some kind of customer service to keep buyers happy. This is unacceptable. No discount on installation or anything.
