**** *** **** * *** ***** ******* ** * ** ****** * ****** ****** **** *** ****** *** ********* *****, we too had our meeting with sales in April of this year .. put down 4K towards my bill and scheduled to get within 4-6 months and no one is answering or returning my calls. Purchased windows in July 2022, it's August 2023 and still no delivery date, though we were given an ETA of 4-6 months. I used to get calls weekly reminding me 'order still pending from manufacturer' but they stopped a month ago, when I try to call, an automated message says 'no one is available to take your call right now, mailbox is full'. Even worse, when the 6 month time frame came about, the lending company said they would not fund the rest of the loan if the work was not completed, so a Renewals by Andersen rep reached out making us sign a document in which they promise to deliver the goods so that the bank can fund the rest of the payment. We are making monthly payments on the full loan amount and have yet to receive anything. ***** ** ***** **** **** *** **** ******* *** ***** ******* ** ********* *****Review from Barry F

The installation guys are great, but the company and it's management, at least for the El Paso location is the WORST I have ever experienced. Made a down payment of $45k in April 2022 and window and door installation was finally completed 6/15/2023. Over 14 months when the quote said 4-6 months. They sent the same guy out twice to do a template for the door and when it arrived it was the wrong size. The installation crew had to make field modifications to make it fit and the stucco guys did a good job of hiding the measurement errors. Then they had the **** to demand payment 30 minutes after the stucco guy finished painting when I was at work and had not seen the finished product. They could not wait one **** day for the rest of the funds even though they sat on our down payment for over a year. **** ***** ** ***** **** **** ******* ********* ************ *** I would NEVER do business with them again.Review from Deborah C

** ******* ** **** **** ******* ** **** ******** They took our money and have not delivered our product. They will not answer our phone calls and will not return our calls.
