I periodically apply for a loan with this company. No matter how much time passes, their system declines my application for excessive applications. I have one loan with them, and I took that loan out more than 4 years ago. I've contacted them several times and no one has responded with an explanation or tried to correct this in their system.

Complaint taken over phone by BBB representative BA Consumer obtained a $3000 loan in March of 2024. She pays $355.27 every month. On 11/20/2024 she called for the balance and was told that she owes $3000 and change. She is being charged over 137% interest. Consumer is on a fixed income and this loan is an extreme hardship. She cannot afford food now. She did not know when she applied for the loan that the interest would be so high.

This business claims that it's loan process is easy and consumer friendly. I went through the entire application process and when it came down to the verification process, customer ********************** was of no help. Keep in mind, that I had a loan with this company a few years back that was paid on time and in full! They kept sending me the same default email asking for a voided check with my account and routing number because my bank statement only shows the last three digits of my checking account number. At least that was what I was told was the issue from a customer ********************** representative when I called. They stated they needed to confirm the last four digits of my checking account. My bank does not offer voided checks and I do not use checks!!!!! They are unsafe! My bank sent me a letter with my routing number and ENTIRE CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER!!! I sent this to the verification department and they continue to send me the same default email asking for a voided check. This is unacceptable from a previous GOOD customer. It also doesn't help that every time I have called, I get someone who doesn't speak clearly and cannot say anything other than "we need a voided check."

RISE Credit, LLC does not have a business relationship with Mr. ********* Based on the documents Mr. ******** provided, it seems that he may have intended this complaint for "Rize Credit Union". RISE Credit, LLC offers personal installment loans, does not offer auto loans or leases, and is not affiliated in any way with "Rize Credit Union".

I applied for a loan through lending tree in a panic when I needed 2000. I knew it would be high interest and thought no higher than 20 some percent. they shopped me out through Rise and i didnt understand this until the end. They gave me loan immediately and no email on details of loan. I had to call company to learn of interest rate. The interest they are charging me is 129%! Is this legal? The website where I see my information does not show what interest rate is. Im on phone having them email me loan agreement. I will have to pay 4900 dollars for borrowing 2000. I borrowed on July 25th and they took a payment of ****** on August 9th. I called to find out about payment schedule and they said they could postpone my payments until September. Then I learned that I was charged another 1% interest for doing that. Is this legal?

Company stated I opened an account with them and have a$1,100. Only problem this account was established in my name by some body else. Today was my first contact with them never received any email or text from them. Also just received a paper mailed stating I was approved for $3,500 loan but never applied.
