    I ordered a sweatshirt and a pair of pants from the brand Comfrt for my mother as a Christmas gift. I ordered the set on September 18th of 2024 and of course my mother opened it on December 25th of 2024. When she opened it she saw that there was two sweatshirts sent instead of a sweatshirt and a pair of sweatpants. I immediately emailed the company that day after we found out so I could get help to correct the issues. They took a bit to get back to me in the first place which was fine because of the holidays. But since then it has been a total battle. They keep telling me someone will contact me but nobody does. All I want from them is for them to send me the pair of pants I ordered, and give me directions to send back the extra sweatshirt I got by accident. I would like my mother to have her Christmas gift and be able to use it. If they can not accomplish that, then I would like a refund. Their sets are expensive. All together is paid ******. I paid 65 for the hoodie, 35 for the sweatpants, 1.95 for shipping protection, and of course the 6 dollars for taxes.

    I paid ****** on ***** for a set, Ive emailed customer service as soon as shipping stated it was getting shipped back to seller and they kept stating it was on its way until they finally noticed it was lost in transit and they then said new tracking will be sent immediately, 2 more weeks have passed and Ive heard nothing! Doesnt help that they dont have a phone number at this point I just want a refund but they are not responding to any emails ! Do not trust this company .

    I received my purchase (Order #*********) from Comfrt but needed to return it, which I did and the company received it on 12/23, this was documented by ****. I was to receive a gift card for the merchandise, when this did not happen, I reached out to the company on 1/2 to inquire.They proceeded to tell me they had no record or this order or the return. I then provided the tracking information from **** along with the documentation showing it was received by them on 12/23.Initial outreach was on 1/2/25, I provided all information when they indicated they could not find it. Once they had my information, they were able to locate and confirm it was received. Comfrt then indicated a gift card was issued on 12/26 for the amount of $52.49, I indicated this as never received and asked them to resend.When i indicated i did not receive it they asked me to check my junk file, which I did, the email/gift card was not there. I immediately responded to let them know it was not there and please resend or issue a new one.On 1/9/25 I reached out again, after I had told them I did not receive the email/gift card asking them why they could not respond to the same email with the gift card and to send me a new ****** date (1/14) I still do not have any response.

    I saw an add on ******** for a sale on hoodies through the Comfrt site. I placed an order on September 13th for 3 sky blue signature fit womens hoodies and 2 grey Mens hoodies at $39 each. They also charged me $4 for protection which I did not give permission for. Order #********. When my order arrived in thr beginning of December I was missing a womens Medium sky blue hoodie and they sent black sweatpants in its place. I have emailed them 12/6, 12/10 , sent multiple ******** messages and also received the same response that they sent my request up to be handled and that I would hear back shortly. It was until I told them I was going to have go report them that they finally told me on 12/23 to mail the sweatpants back and as soon as I did they would send me my hoodie. I sent them back on 12/30 and still do not have my correct order. I have emailed them several times since and keep getting the same response that theyre passing along my request. Nothing it gettong resolved.

    I placed an order on 12/13/24 and paid for 2 day expedited shipping from the company Comfrt. I ordered 3 sweatsuits as Christmas gifts. 12/20/24 rolls around and I still havent received any information about my order at all so I sent an email asking for an update. I didnt receive an email response until 12/30/24 (17 days after placing the initial order). Telling me that my address was put in wrong. I double checked my address, it was exactly the same as my address that I used previously for an order through them back in July, that I received with no issue. So this was their first lie. I still had not received a response this past Saturday 1/4/25, so I disputed the charge with my bank as I never received my order, especially not in the time I paid for, and customer service was not responding. Today 1/6/24, after the company received notice from my bank that I disputed the charge they finally responded (in a timely fashion for the first time, likely because the charge was being disputed. This time they tried to say that I didnt receive my order because it was purchased as a pre-order. Which again is a lie, and contradicts the first lie. You cant even pay for 2 day shipping on a pre-order as it could take months. I also previously placed a pre-order and it is listed in the order as such. The most recent order I was waiting for was not a pre-order, and explicitly says so in my order confirmation email, and I paid for 2 days expedited shipping which isnt even possible with a pre-order. Then they asked to cancel the dispute with my bank, which I said no to. I feel like Im being scammed and gaslit by this company. Theyre trying to change their story, but I have the documented proof of this purchase and prior purchases and their lies.

    I pre-ordered sweatpants and sweatshirts in November for my wifes Christmas present. When I received notification that order would not be delivered until February, I emailed the company asking for an update on the order and they emailed me back saying they were escalating my order and would be emailing me back with status. I have not received any updates for two weeks.

    I placed my order on October 25, 2024 for a steel grey 2XL Minimalist Hoodie order #*********. It was an estimate 3-4 business days. After 2 weeks of not being provided a simple tracking number or shipping confirmation, I decided to attempt to reach out to the company. They didnt respond besides their automated email. I followed up and they only provided a promise they were working on it. It is now well into December, I have sent them multiple emails, and they have provided zero information. I purchased the hoodie on their real, legitimate website. I did not use an advertisement link. It was their real website. The only real information they sent was on November 27 saying there was an address issue. It is addressed to my school, and although I have never had issues before mailing anything there as I am in my junior year, I replied with an alternative home address to which they have completely ignored. My last email was December 3rd. This was a gift. At this point I am seeking a refund. I am so beyond frustrated and helpless.

    On November 12th I place and order in which today its Nov.28th and I have not received it. My order number is *********. This was the first email I sent them. Its now December 10th and I have not received my order. I would like a refund as I am very upset. There is also no number where we can contact them. I sent two (2) emails and I only receive 1 email stating that they were sorry. I then again sent another email and again I got nothing this time. Please refund my money. Thank you so much and have a nice day.
