I got Solar panels through Southern Solar/Solar True out of *********** TX, (OUTSIDE OF **********). I signed on date May 6, 2024.They gained Permission to Operate on Date August 11, 2024 ********** Date September 19, 2024 Contract Commencement Date April 23, 2024 My Solar System has not been operating ever since, I was notified from Enphase via email on December 24th that I had low production. I reached out to omidian and they notified Me that I had not been producing any Solar since November of 2024... they get notifications from the system, ******* has been reaching out to Southern Solar/Solar True as well as I have. They have a non reachable number, nor do they reach back out.. when My system was first installed it failed. The installers did not do something right. I'm Unsure of what is going on with this company, they were sued and the claimant won and they found wrong doings in this Solar company. I do believe it is happening again. When I was sold My Solar System, This Young Man (JP) Clearly was not transparent about the system and these batteries Because, I was not offered Back up batteries for my system. Now he is coming back to all of His old "Customers" to offer back up batteries. I reached out to Him also. I guess because I said that I was no longer interested in purchasing ANYTHING for this Solar system from them that was it and He had no help to offer, I asked for better contact information and I was met with Cold Nothingness. Now I am stuck with a system that simply does not work and A Expensive utility bill. I was definitely scammed.

In regards to ****** ****. We reviewed her system and we did verify that she is not having a low production or any other error related to her solar panels. The system is producing normal with no errors. The solar panels are producing the correct kWh amount they are supposed to.

We did notice a reporting issue with the ** meter (separate from panel production). This is an easy fix, it has to do with consumption. We reached out to enphase and they are will correct this on their end, it is a software issue. They expect it to be resolved in the next ***** hours once update pushes thru.

We purchased solar panels from sola true approximately a little over 2 years ago. Since then none of the promises made by the salesmen that came door knocking have come true. We still have an electricity bill of approximately 200$ after being promised that 30 panels would provide enough to be self efficient for our smaller house. Never got a final on the permitting for the panels. They promised us that if we needed roof repairs the company would come free of charge to un install equipment for our roof contractor to replace the roof, and come back to re install , come to find out they are requesting 13,000$ to do what they promised to do for free. I just want out of this contract and for them to come get their panels. Im at this point willing to ruin my credit and be done with it or attempting to acquire some law firm to help.

This is my second complaint against this company. I had to find out online that Southern Solar was bought by SolaTrue. We are not getting any responses to our emails or calls. The solar panels are still not operating as they should. We are consistently paying higher bills each month and no one can explain why. They should have never put the first set of panels on the west side of our house where the two story is blocking them. We told them this originally, but they insisted and now we are paying the price with the panels not working and we didn't buy the backup battery they swore we didn't need. We have a friend that is only paying $20 a month for her solar panels and they have worked properly with her company. WE GOT SCAMMED and no one wants to help us. They are ignoring our emails and calls. We are paying for a loan that went up and a high electric bill. The point of the solar panels was to reduce our monthly electric bills. If we do not hear back and get a true positive resolution, our next steps are to seek what legal action we can take. It should not be this hard to treat customers with respect when you want their money. If we stop paying this loan, I am pretty sure we will hear back. We have been doing our part, but this company continues to fail us. I have sent several emails. No response. My husband calls. No response. This is not fair to us. We have asked for explanations for why the high bills and again nothing. It is always what we are not doing. My friend's company monitors how are panels are working. We can't even get Solar to respond back. We forwarded our electric bills for review and again no response. *** ****** asked for these bills and never responded back since June 2nd.

I am rejecting this response because we have not received any contact as of yet and ******* Alamos stopped responding to my husband and I's emails a while ago. He was rude when he did respond and was not trying to help us resolve the issue.
