On 03 /22/2023 ************************* from Southern Solar LLC (Now Solatrue LLC) came to my house and demonstrated how Solar panels could benefit me now and more in the future by purchasing solar panels and generating a majority of power I use. After the demonstration I informed him I was interested in purchasing them but my roof was 21 years old and had to be replaced before I added any solar panels. He then stated after solar panel installation, when the roof had to be replaced, his company would return to my house and remove the panels until the roof was completely replaced and then return and reinstall the panels at no cost to me if I would agree to purchase and install the panels right away.On August 13, 2024, I notified ********************* that it was time to replace the roof and asked him if he remembered the statement about removing and replacing the solar panels and he stated that he remembered but he would have to get with his management to see when he could get that performed. I received a call from Solatrue management the following week and she stated that she didnt think they could honor what ********************* had stated and that they wanted $11,000 to remove and reinstall the panels. I informed her I would be referring this case to my lawyer. This appears to me to be business fraud. Their salesman (*********************) had a salesmans scheme to commit fraudulent inducement to get me to enter into a sales transaction on that day.****************

Updated Notes as of 07/25/2023: I had been complaining about high electric bills since April 8th, 2021, shortly after the insolation of my solar panels. The electrician (****) from Southern Solar had come out to my house several times, every time he rescheduled without completing any checks or repairs on my solar system, or fixing my oven overhead fan/light, which stop working after the solar installation, which I have asked the Southern Solar electrician (****) at least 15 times to repair. On October 6, 2022, Southern Solar Finally sent someone out to check my solar panel's power generation. And guess what he found, that cabling was not installed correctly and that all the wires caught on fire and burned out. So my house was in danger of being burned down because of the poorly installed cabling that Southern Solar did. So why am I writing now, I have had my own health issues and I was unable to deal with all that Southern Solar owes me. Yes, owes me, for over a year my solar system was in fact broken, and at a major cost to myself I paid the equipment bill and the high electric bill. I want my money back. I have complained to Enphase, and Enphase has sent me reports showing my system is down. In addition, when my Solar system was initially installed I asked Southern Solar to install an RJ45 cable so that I could connect the solar system directly to my house network. Instead, (SS) said no and would only connect the system via WiFi. The new electrician or (twin) installed it and I set the cable ends to work. Thank you for that. I think that (SS) should pay me back for my hardware fees because the system was not working, Just like we were doing in the beginning. Also, the junction box was not changed out, the tech used the same box again, I am sure there are so many regulation issues with that.

Company recently purchased Southern Solar in Ft Worth. We have been contacting them for weeks about issues we are seeing with our home and have not received a response yet

Solatrue has gone above and beyond to help me go Solar. I have had my Solar for two years now and my highest bill has been $10. Im very happy with this system and I highly recommend going solar with them.
