    On August 23,2023, I put in an order for a 10X16 utility shed and a 16X24 lofted barn. I gave a downpayment of $10870.45. On 10/10/23, I paid the balance which was $9809.55. $15874.63 was for the lofted barn. My friend also got a 10X16 barn. The sheds were delivered on the 19th of October and it looked good. Within 2 weeks, there was mold growing all over the 2X4s in the lofted barn with mold growing in my friend's barn too (although not as much). I had painted my utility shed immediately so I didn't see mold in it. I immediately contacted ******** and sent pictures. After a few weeks, they sent a guy to spray and scrub. While he certainly improved the problem, there's still a lot of mold left which he was unable to get rid of. Even he agreed with that. He said he was going to show pictures of the still moldy wood to his boss (DJ). I have sent emails to customer service (*** was the guy's name) to no avail. At this point, I just want a 50%refund and I will deal with the mold myself. I have asked (multiple times) for the name and contact information for the owner of the company but my requests have been ignored. The shed can't be used because of this mold problem and at this point, it's a very expensive lawn ornament.

    I purchased a Defender's Series, lofted barn, Serial Number *************, from *****'s ********************** and ********************** on June 03, 2023. On their website as well as the contract that was signed by the sales rep and me, the barn comes standard with a moisture barrier underfloor and hurricane clips. However, the barn they delivered in July has gaps in the floor where light comes through, and they used hurricane screws instead of hurricane clips. I reached out to them numerous times. I sent them photos at their request. I was told I was on the list for a technician to come out. Several calls and four months later, I am told the delay was because they didn't have a technician that could come to my area, but they now do. I was further told Someone would call me to schedule a date and time to come out. It has been another week and I have left several voicemails, but my calls are not returned. I have attached a picture of the contract showing Hurricane Clips as well as a picture of one of the gaps in the floor that is supposed to be waterproof with a moisture barrier underfloor. In July, these pictures were also sent to *********

    Please see the attached supporting documentation showing that ******************* complaint has been resolved as of December 5, 2023. In addition to the orginially installed hurricane scews we installed the requested hurricane clips. ******** offered to overlay the customer's floor with an upgrading flooring material, the customer declined that offer but did ask the service technican to seal the gaps/seams of the floor.

    Purchased a 8x8 shed to be built on site. Paid $7,123.67 split payment, last on 7/5/23. Shed build on 7/8/23. As the walls were being erected I was informed that the two side windows would not fit this size shed. I called the sales office and he said I would have to call the main offices in GrandviewTx. So after it was complete the builders took the windows. I called the **************** the next business day, spoke to several people last spoke to a supervisor who said her name was **** . I told her if I had known that I would not be able to have the shed I ordered and paid for I would have bought a cheaper one without windows. I also told her that the sales person should have known and told me that the windows would not fit. He even put them in the sketch sheet She said she would have to speak with her supervisor and would get back with me. After several phone calls I finally spoke to **** and she said they would refund me a total of $556.68. That was on 7/10/23. Since then I have not received a check and my phone calls have not been returned.

    Ordered a 12x24 shed- delivered to my property in December. Immediately completed 1 of 3 work orders for non-working doors. Took weeks to get a resolution. Placed work order #2 in April for a leaking building. Tech stood me up one morning and took weeks for a second resolution. The building still leaks and is not usable. Placed work order #3 for leaking building beginning of may and they have mot contacted me to resolve this issue.Company states 10 year warranty. Paid in full at the time of delivery ****** for the building. Company has pictures and videos of damage. Work order 1 and 2 have been completed however the building still leaks and it takes weeks for a resolution this rendering my building unusable. Bought building for storage and have been unable to use as storage. Would like either my storage fees paid for the time I have waited for the building to be fixed.

    I purchased two sheds from ****** Barns in 2019 - both with 10 year warranties. One of the sheds leaked and caused $13,000 worth of damage to the items stored. I called them and as requested sent a list and pictures of the damage. I have called and left several messages since then and have not received a call back. The company has been non-responsive via email and phone.
