Lelands has been an absolutely horrible company to work with. Our sales experience was good, until we signed the contract. Then all communication absolutely stopped. When they do communicate, their employees are rude, and we have had problem after problem with them and we haven't even had our building delivered yet. The building was to be delivered January 6, which they called the day of and cancelled it and rescheduled for January 10. They cancelled because of the weather (which we did NOT have) and then today, they show up and tell us that the ground needs leveled although our salesman said it did not. *****, the general manager, was willing to have his workers put legs on the building to make it level, but somehow that would mean the door would be crooked (doesn't sound level to me) and now since that's not acceptable, he's not willing to do anything else, although when we talked to him on January 6, he said he will "rectify the situation because this is not how ************** does business." NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do business with **************.

Absolutely a horrible experience! Started off getting the shed through Prostructures. Prostructures did a great job at selling the shed. Lelands was over two months late delivering the shed. It was delayed due to work crews quitting and installing wrong type of windows. Their communication over this two months was non-existent. They would never answer their phone, return phone calls when you left a voicemail, and also never responded to any emails. The delivery and setup was handled very professional by the trucking company. Once the building arrived, i noticed that Lelands was using items that they were not advertising. Truss clips were not installed, as advertised. Floor joist clips were not installed as their drawing showed. I of course have emailed them about this and it has been 3 days now and no ne even has the courtesy to reply or reach out. A lot of this could have been avoided if they would just have communicated with me. I would not recommend these guys to anyone, especially with so many different companies out there selling the same item.Review from Steve J.

I have tried several times to get the roof repaired as it leaks every time it rains. They have come out 6 times to repair it. Each time it has leaked. I cannot install lighting because of the leaks. Therefore, it cannot be used as intended. They do not answer their phones and you have to leave a message. You have to contact their sales staff and just maybe you might get someone to help. But they just hand you off to someone that says they will help. Just to be on hold and no one picks up. There is limited service after the sale and installation. I just would like the leaks fixed!
