I placed two orders, two days apart. I hadn't receiving shipping notice for either item 8 days later. I had to email twice and finally got a response it takes up to 8 days to ship, which is ridiculous for a retailer to take that long. I have never encountered a reputable retailer taking that long to ship. I then found all the reviews, so I am now requesting a refund. I suspect it's going to take some time to get that accomplished, if it's even possible. This business seriously needs shut down by whatever authority can do that. They are scamming people constantly. Since this used to be an actual store in our malls, they can pull people in thinking that it's still a reputable business.Review from Jess M

Absolute garbage! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Shady practices shipping low quality items from overseas. I placed an order for a swimsuit and they marked it as shipped. After two weeks it still said awaiting package pickup. I contacted customer service twice and was told the my didn’t have the own on-hand. WHAT!? How are they selling items they don’t have? Because it’s arriving from overseas… when the open finally arrived it was a low quality print item that did not look like the website image and the sizing was WAY off from the size guide. Customer service refused to refund me the $40 I paid for it. Absolutely horrible company.Review from Peggy G

Zero stars is what I would rate them if I could!! Horrible company!! This is not the Charming Charlies from the malls. It is a horrible company that takes your money and ships horrible products only after complaining and intentionally deceives you. They marketed Valentine's Day merchandise in January, which I purchased on 1/25/2024, thinking it would provide plenty of time to get the items in the next 3 weeks. When I did not receive the items, I emailed them on 2/21/2024 asking for a refund. I have never received a response from them. However, I did eventually receive the package on 2/28/2024. When you look at the tracking information, it was sent the day after my complaint (2/22/2024). Given everyone else's reviews, I suspect had I never contacted them, they would have assumed I forgot and never sent them at all. And, of course, I'm loathed to return items because it will take another fight to get my money back. This is what they are counting on....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They should not be allowed to operate!!Review from Virginia W

I am giving this review due to me not receiving the item I ordered almost three weeks later. I received a tracking confirmation but no way to track it because *** hasn't received the item from charming Charlie something I don't understand. How is there any tracking information if item hasn't been sent? I have reached out three times In emails. I also don't understand why they removed money from my account and they still have the item? I shopped at Charming Charlie's when you could walk into a store and never had any issues with product or service so this is truly a big let down.Review from Carol L

I returned 2 dresses and the tracking says it was delivered to them on 10/2/23. I still haven’t received a refund and have sent 2 emails with no response from the company on receiving a refund.Review from Robin M L

I purchased 2 dresses and wanted to return one that clearly did not fit like the photo from the website. They sent me a return label, which I mailed back on the 6th of June. They received the product on June 12th per the tracking number and I still have not received my refund. Most of the numbers listed for them do not work or belong to other businesses. It is fraudulent to keep money for products that were returned to you. I'm filing a complaint with ****** as well. Do not buy from this company!
