Do to a Leak between the shower wall tiles from cracked grout, it was flooded behind the tiles, they came out and tested the moisture and it registered 99.9 percent . he said it should be below 15 percent, for no mold growth. They set up a dehumidify machine and 2 blowers. four days later Ryan ********* (the supervisor) came back and tested it and it was 11.3 percent! Great results. Plus Ryan took his time to explain every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Showed great respect for all our concerns, and followed though with everything as promised. Thank You Ryan for such great service.

Water leak and mold restoration. The demo, and mold restoration went great. Then the reconstruction started. Little to no supervision. Not even the lead man of the subcontractor rarely came to job site. Workers would arrive without materials. Husband had to go to get materials. The reconstruction was to take "two weeks". Started later part of April 2022, still working in July of 2022. Poor, unskilled work, except for tile setter. No coverings of cabinets or flooring. Much damage as a result. Sheetrock repairs, the sheets did not match/reach each other. Gaps filled in with sheetrock mud. Did not match existing texture on walls. Terrible paint jobs on doors and door frames. Not sanded, so painted over lumps of texture. Doors to closets installed backwards. Finally had to ask the crew to leave. Paul Davis sent in another crew. That crew said they were the ones that were sent when the original crew were not satisfactory. They were better painters, and pointed out mistakes of the original crew. But they came in to repaint a room, due to the texture problem, and used wrong paint. Then I told Paul Davis that I was finished with them and to not let ANYONE return. So their attorney finally replied to me after PD did not. Sent a spreadsheet with HIS assessment of credit for poor workmanship and materials provided by us, and said that we did not need to pay any additional monies and that he "considered the job/case closed". What gives him the right to decide that? So we were left with poor workmanship and will have to pay for repairing their shoddy work. To date, no final documents have been signed by me to indicate "acceptance of job", nor has PD supplied any warranty documents for anything. NOW, HOW IS THIS SATISFACTORY? I wouldn't recommend them for anything. So much other damage was created by PD crew. Paint and mud on our vehicles and side of home where they were working. Damage to floors, walls and front door. We were left holding the bag!
