    I will never order from this company again. I bought a wedding dress and the dress was complete c*** and cheap material. It broke on my wedding day RIGHT BEFORE MY CEREMONY. Just trying to zip up the dress. It was not too small just bad material. I reached out to them and there was no lack of sympathy or anything. I got a message with attitude saying Not sure who told you the dress cant be refunded when its defective I sent them pics for proof and was told I got a refund. I checked today and was refunded $10 and the rest of the total was a gift card. Why should I get a gift card when their product was defective and a piece of crap? Why would I want a gift card to buy more c*** quality of clothes? I am a small business owner and this is no way to deal with a situation when the owner is in the wrong. THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. And it ruined my wedding day.

    Im so sorry your dress was defective. Upon reviewing your order, it looks like you placed the order with a $75 gift card and the remaining $10 or so on your credit card. The amount was refunded back to the method paid with for the order, which is why it was a split refund back to both your credit card and gift card. Im so sorry again about that zipper defect.     And as you stated in your email if its defective you will refund it. I should not get a gift card to spend more money at a place I dont want to buy anything from when I dont trust your products are made well.

    I had placed my first order on 10/02/24. I realized that the order had the wrong address listed as the delivery address. I emailed the company to see if they could cancel the order going to that specific address. In the meantime, I purchased another sweater dress (the exact same one), and I put for it to go to the correct address. I got an email back that stated, "updated"; that was it. So I waited and tracked my packages. They were BOTH shipped to the INCORRECT address. Even though I placed another order going to my correct address. I emailed the company and requested for a replacement, or a refund, since they messed up. I received an email saying that they only had a record for a package that doesn't even have the correct order number. I'm really upset with how this business has tried, so far, with resolving this issue.

    I paid ****** total for 2 dresses. For an online boutique, I absolutely cant believe their policy is store credit only. Both dresses I received are of horrible quality, smell terribly on chemicals, and one of the zippers is so cheap I cant even zip it, it gets stuck halfway up whether Im in the dress or its on a hanger. Im so disappointed, this feels incredibly scammy. I will never shop here again, and I just want my $****** back. I have filed for a return and am sending out straight away. But this purchase is terrible and smells horrible, absolutely cant be worn.

    On 9/28, I ordered 2 dresses from *********************************************** Boutique that I was hoping to pick from for my upcoming wedding at the end of November. When I checked out, their website informed it would take 7-9 business days to arrive and later that same day I received an email notifying that my items were in their way. Since 9/28, I have received no updated communications from the business. The tracking information has not been updated - it still says Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending. I have emailed the company twice with no response from them and there is no other way to get a hold of them. It does not take this long to ship a package and I am extremely disappointed in this entire process. I am requesting my money back or the items to be shipped overnight ASAP.

    I bought two dresses on 9/4, Monday, by Wednesday it said it was in pre transit and its been like that since then. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of this company for an update. It doesnt take this long to send out. I need an update or if this is fake, my money back.

    Website advertises for dresses to be shipping by a certain date - 10/20 per example. Waited weeks .. estimated shipping date goes by and my dress doesnt ship. I email them and they respond that my dress is stuck with the designer and states maybe another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later they dont bother to update me. So I reach out again, still no dress. I am 4 weeks out without a wedding dress and can only get apologies. Save the unwanted apologies and stop falsely advertising what you cant provide. Very misleading.

    Ordered a dress for a dance and it came damaged. They do not offer a refund but the item is damaged. It is of horrible poor quality and represents a scam. I understand not giving a refund for an item that someone does not like but for damaged goods, they should provide a refund

    I have never experienced this many problems with a company. I ordered an item from Bella and Bloom on July 14th. Shipping was supposed to be 5-8 days. They emailed me stating that my order had been shipped on July 30th. On the 9th business day of still not receiving this item, I reached out and they informed me that they actually have not shipped it out. After another week of waiting, I received this item. The item was defective with a zipper that would get stuck. I emailed them letting them know that I would like a refund, not store credit. They said that this would be fine and they would refund me after getting it in the mail. Then a few days later, I get an email saying that my store credit is ready to use. I emailed them stating that I would like my refund like they agreed to. They emailed me back saying that the item was not defective and they would not issue me a refund. This has been my the worst customer service I have ever had. I want my money back, like they agreed to.

    I purchased 2 dresses on March 28, 2022 from shopbellaandbloom.com for $119.98 which arrived on April 4, 2022. Upon receiving the dresses I went to try them on and one of the dresses smelt like chemicals and the other dress was too big so I emailed the company and said I would like to return both dresses for these reasons. They gave a return label and I put both dresses in the package they came in before shipping them out. Today the company responded to me claiming the one dress which smelt like chemicals was covered in urine and had stains and since the other dress was in the same package they would not give me a refund since the 2nd dress smells like urine as well. They sent me a picture of the dress which smelt like chemicals and it has multiple stains which it did not have when it was in my possession and the pictures she sent looked like the dress was still wet. I explained to them multiple times that the dress smelt like chemicals and not urine like they're claiming and it also did not have any stains on it. She said the package didn't have any damage so it's not like this happened in transit. I've asked multiple times for a refund and they are adamant that it's urine. I do not have any pets at my house and I would never send a dress soaked in urine so they are obviously trying to pull a fast one on me. The other dress doesn't have stains on it so I don't think this occurred during the shipping. I simply want a refund and will never shop from this company again.

    Yes we received her return that contained both items she purchased. 

    They were covered in animal f**** As our return policy explains, all returns must be returned in new condition or they will be refused and returned back to you with a shipping return fee.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This is absolutely wrong! This woman is using the fact I said the dresses had a terrible smell on them and that was my reason for return! I dont even have an animal!! Who in the world would return something that had animal feces!?!? This is beyond outrageous and I cant even believe she is taking it on. She is lying. If my bag made it to her with no holes or damage to the bag then there is NO WAY it had anything wrong with it. This is fraud and I demand my money back.
