They make it impossible to return a faulty article of clothing. I purchase a coat with a flaw in the seam, and immediately requested a return. (Policy is that they offer returns.). I had to wait to hear from them (no phone no.), and the response was to submit going through their return process. It involved setting up an account with a password, and I contacted them about my reluctance to do that over a faulty item return. Then waited to hear again and was told to try another process. This process involved describing the flaw, taking and sending a picture of the flaw, applying for a number that qualifies for a return ( and even after receiving the no., one has to wait for someone to approve the no. you were sent to return the item. Im at the point in the process after many days waiting for my no. to be approved for the return. Meanwhile, the company will not send a shipping label, and their website states if a return is made without an approved number, they will send the item back to the sender. It is a horror story, and it appears they are stalling for their 30 day limit on return to expire. This is the worst online company I have ever ordered from,

Im so sorry you are having trouble with your return. Unfortunately I think you are reviewing the wrong company. We dont have any orders under your email or under your name. We also dont have any coats for sale like you described. There is a boutique with a similar name based out of ********* called Belle and Bloom that we are commonly mistaken for. They do sell many coats (we have actually received a few returns for coats that was intended for that shop, but their customer put our address on the return instead). We also dont require any applying for a number to process your return, so you definitely have the wrong company unfortunately. I bought a $600 wedding dress from them. It came delivered in a plastic bag and the bottom was scrunched up. The material was thin and very light. Not at all what I expected. This dress maybe fees like $200 quality. Im very disappointed and wish I didnt buy from them.Bella And Bloom Boutique Response

I purchased a formal dress for my daughter for prom and was told a large would fit her. I had to pay for rush shipping in order to get in time and when the dress came it, it did not fit my daughter. While I saw their return policy, at first I was not concerned as I figured the dress would fit but when it didnt, I returned the dress and reached out to get a refund as I would not get another dress shipped to me in time. The original dress took 7 days to get to be, ordered on 4/11 received 4/18, returned 4/19. Prom is 4/27. Bella received the dress on 4/22 so there is no way to get a replacement in time before prom. As a courtesy considering the circumstances I reached out and was told no refund only store credit. Why would someone want to purchase anything else from this company when there customer service is lacking. So now they have their product back and they have my money as well as I will not buy anything else from this small company. If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. My frustration with this company and their lack of efforts is beyond frustrating. I ordered a dress for my daughters FIRST homecoming with plenty of time to get it. As the time got closer and we didn't have a dress or a plan b dress, I reached out. Which is another frustration. They don't have any form of communication besides email. I received an email back apologizing and promising to overnight the dress. It took an additional 5 days with zero communication. We missed the event and didn't get the dress in time. After my email to them voicing my concern, their response was simply..."just return it then." I would NEVER EVER order from this company ever again!!!!!!!Review from Kelly M

Terrible business. Clothes are expensive and horrible quality, amazon has produced 100x times better. They will not give you money back only a store credit to purchase more crappy clothing. 1 star is way too generousReview from Julianne B
