    Ishiptransport contacted us about moving a car from ********, ** to *************.They said that they could move the car (69 **** Custom 500 - my grandmother's car) door to door from ******** on the 10/19/2023 arriving in Frankford by 10/23/2023 for $600. We have numerous texts that state that the car does not run and has not run in 10 years. Have emailed contract with the amount of the deposit paid of $200 issued 10/18/2023. Immediately, they then stated that they needed $1400 in hand prior to the moving of the car. They have continued to ask for more money as to a various reasons (distance, not running, flat tires, it's out of the way. As of 11/1/2023 they have not picked up car for transport and do not want to refund deposit. Company has ****** # ******* and MC# *******. Agent that initiated contact and sent contract is ***********************.

    We received the car shipping request from this customer and gave them a quote to ship it. By the time she booked with us, the prices had changed from the driver's side. Keep in mind that we are just brokers and our job is to find a driver for the customer. The price fluctuation is not in our hand as it depends on the carrier companies. We are willing to refund the money to the customer and we asked for her bank account number for wire transfer as well but she refused to share that information and now she is threatening us with the complaint to get it her way. She never signed any contract with us, as it was just a verbal agreement. Still we are not refusing to refund the money. We have told her repeatedly that we are willing to process the refund as you can check in the attachments but the way she is threatening us to have it her way is not how it's done. If the customer can remove the complaint, we will process her refund on her desired channel within 24 hours after it is removed. Again, we're just brokers and the price guarantee is not in our hands.

    ISHIP has only continued to ask for more money and refused to refund full deposit or portion thereof until we drop complaint.   WE have numerous text messages to verify their bad and deceptive business practices

    Hi! as you are already known about the whole matter. When they confirm their order they haven't inform that their vehicle tires was stuck in the mud. The driver gets there and he tried to pull it out by the winch but the vehicle was stuck there badly and didn't move even an inch. We did our part of job driver did his part of job. We dispatch the order with the driver he gets there for the pickup he tried an impossible thing and get failed and leave. They just told that it's an inop car didn't tell that the car is in such condition. Their deposit was nonrefundable because driver gets there and spend his time and he put his effort to get that car out of mud so he kept the deposit as a dry run fee because he wasn't on fault but she started threatening and harassing us and we decided to refund them from our company pocket and we asked for their bank account where we can send and she said I'm not doing it, even in sharing account number isn't risky but she denied. so this is the explanation for this case again i hope it will be understandable and the case will close in the favor of business.

    Made a deposit for $50 towards transporting a small 50cc motor bike from ***** to ******* on a date in August. Pay another $50 deposit to change the pickup date for a week later for August 15th 2023.Balance to be paid at delivery was $75. The day before they wanted to charge a delivery payoff of $200 instead of $75. We agreed on $125. August 15th came and there was no pickup, talked to the driver provided by Ship and he told me that he was schedule for the 16th. Told him I was not going to be there to deliver the bike as I was leaving that day early to the airport and no one will be there. Told that to Ship and told him that they failed to provide the service as agreed and paid for (deposit) so cancel and return my $100.they had been telling me that someone will be contacting me and nothing yet. Be aware they are intermediaries and not to serious about their customer service.

    Hi! In this case there is no refund as you have read in the screenshots of customer that we agreed on a price and date and the order was dispatched to the driver for that given date of 15th Aug and he got all the information of the carrier and driver. when the driver gets there he wasn't available. He get's there around 1pm and he said he i already left the house and bike is in my garage so the driver his part of job. Driver informed him he will be there at 1pm but he left the house and said nobody is there so i don't want it to be picked anymore. So in the contract it's mentioned that after dispatch the deposit is non refundable. I hope this explanation will be understandable and This case will be closed in our favor.

    The company provided a quote to ship a vehicle from ** to MA of $1100 on 4/24/23 Order was placed for $1600 when company stated that was the best they could do on 4/25/23 Deposit of $350 was paid when transported was claimed to be available 4/25/23 Pick up date was moved from 4/26 to 5/3 After claiming that transported was on the way truck never showed up.Sent a notice to cancel order and refund deposit on 5/4/23 Company offered to lower price to $1500 on 5/6/23 No contact and no truck by 5/8/23 Second order to cancel and refund deposit sent 5/9/23 Company contact and dispatcher stopped responding to calls and text messages. No refund issued after daily requests since 5/9/23.

    Hey!

    This customer asked us to refund as no driver was available. Customer asked for refund on 5/4/23. We were reviewing this case and it was approved for refund.. Customer paid the deposit via Venmo and before we could send him a refund, customer already opened a dispute with *****. That is why we couldn't send the refund to the customer right away, as ***** will automatically refund their money in about 2 - 3 weeks. These are rules of Venmo, and unfortunately if the customer had waited for ** to send the refund before filing the dispute, we would have refunded it by now. I have attached a picture of email we received from Venmo. Price fluctuation happens quite often in this business and we always refund the deposit back to the customer, but in this case, customer will automatically get his money later, when Venmo processes it. If customer wishes to get the money sooner than that, they would have to cancel the dispute with *****, and we'd send the refund right away after. Customer can email at ****************************** for a faster resolution to this. Thanks.

    I am rejecting this response because:   

    This response is not accurate.  They did not offer a refund.  I demanded a refund after they failed to provide the service quoted multiple times over multiple days.  Once I informed them that I wanted to cancel the service request they stopped answering calls from my number. They would answer calls made from other numbers each time saying they would look into my situation and call me back.  Never once did I receive a call back.  Fortunately I was able to dispute the payment with my bank company and get my money back after filing a complaint.  Others may not be so lucky!!!

    This is a classic bait and switch scam designed to trap people and commit to an low quoted price and then demand much more to complete the job.

    I contacted on ***** 23 what supposted to be a company that transport vehicles all nation wide, that suppose to be called Iship Transport. This is the information they provided to me. ******: *******, MC#: MC1407381, BOND#: *******, Address *******************************************************. I told them that I need to transport my vehicle from ******* **. to ******** ************. They asked me to pay $150 upfront to separated the space which I did thru cash app on 04-28-23 at 1:12pm, ******* time. I send the money to $iShipAutoTransport. The person gave me a name ************************* but her voice sounds like chinese. They supposed to picked up my car on April 29,2023, then they told me that they were coming on April 30, then they told me that they were coming on Monday May 01, 2023. I called them and wrote to them without a response back.

    We believe there has been some understanding as well. Customer states that the pick up was not provided on their desired date, which unfortunately sometimes happens in this business. Please note that we are a broker company, not a carrier company. We provide carriers from authorised load-boards and sometimes the no drivers are available on a certain route. The contract that customer signed with us clearly states this (attached above). As far as a resolution for this, we have not officially received any request for refund, but we are more than happy to resolve this with the customer. We can try and resolve this if the customer can send an email at ******************************************************.
