It is a challenge to me how a company that promotes corporate responsibility would engage in this sham. Any reasonable party would know that the need for Telfa Non-adherent Pad is in the care or wounds and post-surgical care. This requires multiple dressing changes during the day.The question confronting me based on the action of McKesson acting as agent for MVS Discount Sales was this a bait and switch or gross carelessness in processing the order.I identified McKesson role in this engagement from *** shipping documents.Attachments are: Order/Packing Slip and Vendor sales advertising

    RECENTLY I USED THE MCKESSON BRAND BANDAGES PROVIDED BY A LOCAL MEDICAL OFFICE. THEY ARE A SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT THAT ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN WITHOUT TEARING THE BANDAGE AND HAVING TO USE ANOTHER ONE OR TWO OR THREE MORE. I FEEL THIS IS DONE PURPOSELY SO THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO USE THREE OR FOUR WHEN ONE SHOULD SUFFICE. THIS IS ESPECIALLY THE CASE FOR A 70 YEAR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN LIKE MYSELF WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME FINGER STRENGTH AND DEXTERITY I HAD WHEN I WAS YOUNGER.

    $6,364.99 has been collected by McKesson 0n September 09, 2021 as per the instructions by the account Representative Ms. Chantel C******* for order number XXXXXXXX. the item was not delivered as of today. There were multiple times we were informed that the table would be delivered and we made preparations and were give false hopes. McKesson has been giving a run around for my refund request. The initial answer was that I need to work with the account representative "Mike.r*****@moremedical.com" who did not have a phone number in the Mc.Kesson address book. The next phone call for accounts receivables informed that a manager has to approve the refund for this amount and she is in a meeting and she would call me back. There was not call back for more than a week. A request for scheduling the call back for a certain time was denied. The following week, Joanne.M****@mckesson.com was given as the person to approve this and there is no response from her for 2 of my emails. I have also logged a customer service case, the case number is XXXXXXXX. All I am asking is to refund the credit I have on the account. We are a new business and cannot afford to leave $6000+ credit with the vendor for an item.

Our team looked into the issue, the original order was a custom made table that the manufacturer had an estimated date of delivery. With the estimated date and the pandemic effects to the supply chain that was the cause of the delivery delay on the original order. Our Credit / Accounts Receivable team reached out directly to the customer to confirm the refund that was issued on 3/9/22. If the customer has any additional questions, please reach out to our team. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/03/23) */ After filing the complaint, I have been informed that the credit has been issued. This is much better than not having a response for the past few months. I have filled up on the method of the issued credit. I was told its a check and I haven't received it so far. Now I am waiting for their internal process to complete and check to be mailed. I would leave this complaint in open status until the credit is processed and I receive the check. Thank you BBB for stepping in and helping me.

    I have discovered multiple unauthorized charge to my checking account that came from Mckesson (most recent on in the amount $2,060.12). See attached bank statement. I did not place any orders with Mckesson. I did not receive any shipments from Mckesson to my office either. I can't get a response from business why it's happening.
