This company works with ************ Apartments. This sorry excuse for a business attempted to tow my vehicle but a neighbor stopped them. They dropped my car and left it sticking out halfway out of my assigned parking spot. I confronted the company to ask them why would try to tow my car that had a visible parking sticker. They refused to look in to it unless I had proof it was them. GTFO! Common sense would tell you that they were the ones who attempted the tow but since a neighbor saw the whole thing they stopped the tow. This company will find any reason to tow your car. Watch out!

My car was parked in visitors at my uncles apartment, I came back outside to leave and my car was gone. I called Leons towing and was told many lies firstly was told management requested my car to be removed, then the story changed and he said a sticker was placed on my vehicle which he accused me of removing then trying to hide my car. I asked for proof for both the sticker and the email containing management request for my car to be removed. He denied my request for proof of these things. This was the second time they touched my vehicle from this apartment complex, the apartment complex lady(front desk) joked about us liking to pay the towing fee. If you are visiting an apartment complex that says Leons towing I wouldnt stay there nor visit! Not everybody has ******* dollars to keep getting their car out.

I was visiting my sister and we went to the gym in her apartment complex and vehicle was towed from a handicapped parking space and the handicapped placard was hanging in the windshield from the rearview mirror in plain sight. The gentleman who claimed to be the manager stated that it was towed for not having a parking permit or pass. It was 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday. A parking permit is only required if you stay past 10 p.m. or you are spending the night. We were not doing either. They are preying on people. This is a tactic for low-income areas to get the vehicles knowing people don't have the extra money so they can keep them because they can't pay the storage fees that are incurred daily to sell the vehicles.

Towed my car from the apartment because I was on private parking when I live in the complex and there was no private parking sign or spot. I also took pictures!

Me and my sister took my mom her home goods & parked in front of her door(I am pregnant) & turned my hazards on… My moms porch camera shows us entering her home at 10:30 it shows us walking out at 10:35, the guy hadn’t even backed up to my car, so my moms told him like I was there to get my car we were just dropping stuff off, he proceeds to back up… My moms then says,”You can’t take her car, if she’s here to get it before you even back up.” & she’s telling him we were bringing her home goods, that I’m pregnant which is why we parked in front of her apartment & he says someone should’ve stayed in the car.& she tells him that why would a pregnant woman stay bin the car by herself this late at night, like be for real & he says well she should’ve stayed in anyways. So my moms says well what if she parked in front of my garage, he said,”I would’ve towed it then too, it doesn’t matter where she would’ve parked I still would tow her car.” & my moms tells him that’s illegal. He tells my mom that he doesn’t care & proceeds to back the tow thingy into my car so he says it’s $135 drop down fee, my moms then asks,”How is it a drop down fee if you don’t even have it lifted up? That’s illegal you can’t do that.” So he then lifts my car up says to pay the $135 so my moms said I’ll pay the $135, but I’m calling the cops.” He drives off & almost runs over my mom & sister even though we said we were just gonna give him the $135.We called the guy who runs the desk before we went to the towing company. His response to his driver almost hitting my mom & sister was,”Well almost doesn’t count.” The cops they told us they couldn’t really do much about it, but we should just take legal action against them & try to get them shut down. The cops let us know what we need to do to seek legal action since they did take my car illegally.I had to pay almost $350 to get my car back.I had no choice but to since I’m pregnant, have a son, & have a job.And they didn’t even turn my hazard lights off either

I had just moved in and did not receive a parking permit for my vehicle and when I explained it to him, the owner, **** who identified himself, he called me a liar and was rude. He clearly hides behind the legal signs he has posted but does not comply with state regulations and very plain to see when you step further into his yard.
