    They repaired accident issues and cold snap dec 4 made a piece of body crack. Caliber said they will repair because they guarantee their work. Caliber put a big cut into side of my door and then said they are not repairing. Wasnt their problem. Now my car has a big cut into it as u will see and refuse to repair the issue. My car is now not sellable. I would have just kept the cracked door in lieu of them butchering my door

    I brought my car to Caliber for hail repair. They replaced the roof and I've had leaking issues ever since. The company attempted to fix the leak issues once and I still have new and worse leaks now. They were supposed to detail my car after every time it was there and the detail is never done. So they end up requiring my car for additional time. Even after the additional time, when I pick it up the detail is not done. This is an ongoing issue that they still have not resolved. I don't know what they are doing with my vehicle but they are not fixing the issue with my leaks. Mold will grow where water seeps into my cloth material on the ceiling of the vehicle.

    Had some work done on my ***** suburban back around summer time 2024 at location listed , they held my truck for a month for one bumper get my truck back and its acting funny sensors are messed up some how my mother was allowed to have tracking devices listening devices into/on to my truck some how knows when ever I need gas some how can lock and unlock my truck at will its on camera at the local stores in my area when Im inside the store some how them or ppl they are with are rumbling through my truck without my permission stealing anything and everything from me Ive been trying to move pay bills etc and Im being robbed because of it why do I think this? Its been going on for years my mother ***** ****** is stalking and harassing me when I have this truck picked apart I will be filing lawsuits

    I was involved in a car crash on 10/15/2024. ********************* had my vehicle towed to Caliber ******** to be fixed. I received my car about 11/29/2024 after a few push backs and what I believe was Caliber trying to override my safety features. I received my car and the steeling wheel wasn't clipped in and my low pressure lights going off for my tires. All was fixed but not exactly. It took me 4 days to clean airbag dust from my vehicle, a hole was put in my back seat, my center console is not snapped in correctly and the dashboard is scratched or dirty but all on the inside. I let things go since I did not want my vehicle going back to them. I unfortunately came across another issue on 12/17/2024. My molting belts on both my front doors/windows were not flush to the rest of my doors, pieces were missing and it looks like they were cut to fit. At this point water was sitting in the gap of my windows. I contacted Caliber that night to complain and my insurance the next day with pictures attached. Caliber never reached back out to me. On 12/31/2024 a local Progressive adjuster reached out to me and stated he would be going to Caliber with me. On 1/2/25 I met the adjusters at Caliber for them to fix their work since per them all their work is under warranty. As of today 1/09/25 Caliber has not reached back out to me to fix their sloppy work. I have contacted my adjuster to advise them at this point I will be bringing my brand new 2025 ***** HRV sport to a dealership to be fixed and a bill will be submitted. As of 1/09/2025 @1608hr Caliber nor my claims adjuster has reached back out to me to fix the issue. I requesting whatever the bill the ***** dealership gives me is imbursed.

    Calibers ******** in ************* on RT 37. As I explained in my complaints and updates plus pictures the work was sloppy. I will have to bring my car to a dealership to have them look it over.

    Updated information. Pictures attached are the underneath of my steering wheel that Caliber said they replaced. I was involved in a crash where my airbags went off and they never replaced the parts around it. They are all cracked and broken. Completely unacceptable.

    my insurance company forces me repair my car at caliber body repair in ************ so i did in 11/17/22 my car stayed there for 6 weeks then the insurance company called my husbands to tell him to go to caliber and pay $290 to put the car together and take it from there because they refuse to fix it because the review I did about them so after we take the car from them, we went to caliber in ******* so the manager in ******* she and she said were not going to fix it for the same reason in ************ after that we find caliber in ********* and they said they need 6 weeks and the car will be ready i call them after 6 weeks and they said the car needs 2 weeks more so the car stays at caliber in ********* for 10 weeks and all this times i have rental car so between caliber in *************************************** in ********* the car over 13 weeks at caliber shops. in 4/20/23 i went to pickup my car in ********* they bring my car and the left my car running and they knew i am still not finishing my paperwork so the manger came and he said the engine light on because the car needs oil change then all the lies start from there so i found out caliber they destroyed my car from everything i told the insurance company and they didnt believe me and they send me to body shop (car star) to do inspection the owner of the shop he said caliber they destroyed your car and i will let your insurance company know about that so next day i ask the insurance company if they got the report and they start with lies so i took my car to ******** dealership and i pay $1200 for inspection and the result was my car was destroyed so i hired an attorney to field lawsuits against caliber and the ************************* so the attorneys start asking about a l lot of money and i dont have because i already borrowed $13000 from my friends and i i borrowed allot money from my family to fix my car. i bought my car for $40000 after all the damages from caliber is worth now $8000 . its a ******** 2018 ATS

    On November 10th, 2024 my wife was hit a deer and we filed an insurance claim through our insurance company Travelers. They recommended Caliber Collision in ******, ** as they are a direct repair partner. The vehicle was dropped off Friday November 15th for repair. Was told the repairs would be completed by the following Friday. Thursday the 21st I received a message stating there was a delay, I called and they said they realized that they are unable to repair the door and it needs to be replaced. Subsequently each of the following next 2 Thursdays I received a similar message. Finally on Thursday December 12th I received a call stating that they would be done the following day however they ordered the incorrect grill and would need to order a new one. They said I could pick the vehicle up and I would have to bring it back for them to change replace the grill. Friday the 13th I returned to pick-up the vehicle, found they had scratched the passenger side fender and scuffed the new bumper on the driver side when installing in addition the driver side door was not properly installed and they broke a trim piece on the door, the bumper was not properly attached to the frame, fog lights no longer worked and not having the correct grill. I dropped the vehicle off second time on Tuesday December 24th for a second time, returned to pick it up yesterday and the bumper was still not properly connected to the frame and the door was still not adjusted. They had my children and myself sit in the lobby while they attempted to fix what they said had already been done. After leaving the repair shop for a second time the door is still not properly aligned and wind and cold air can still be felt. Called the shop back and they said it was repaired but they were attempting to reach Travelers about using a used bracket to repair the brand new door they just installed.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the subpar paint job completed by Caliber Collision at their ******** ******* location. My vehicle's hood has paint flaking off and visible white spots, indicating the work was not properly finished. Additionally, resin was left on the drivers side of the car, and there are noticeable paint swirls from the work performed.I have attempted to contact Caliber Collision via their website and email regarding this issue and the warranty coverage, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and failure to address the issue is highly disappointing.Given the poor quality of work at the ******************************* location, I am requesting the repairs be corrected at the ********* location, where the quality of work is significantly better based on my past experiences.I am asking Caliber Collision to honor their warranty, complete the repairs properly, and address the issues outlined above in a timely manner. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

    I believe that this business is fraudulently misqouting insurance companies, in an effort to move vehicles out of rotation and off their lot. Our family recently had a vehicle quoted for $10,000.00 worth of damage (quoted by Caliber), who wanted the car totaled-out. When we refused through our insurance, they began charging us additional [daily] fees until we moved the vehicle from the lot. When we drove the vehicle to another body shop/collision center, they quoted us $2,500.00 for the same repairs/service quoted by Caliber. When we asked Caliber to provide a breakdown of an estimate of cost, they were unable to-do-so. When we pressed our insurance provider to acquire this information on our behalf, the estimate they provided was mis-quoted and was missing dollar figure amounts for estimated services. Those services that were listed had costs inflated, likely in an effort to defraud our insurance provider. It absolutely should be investigated if Caliber is actually a reputable collision center - or if they're simply in the business of totaling-out fixable cars...to the benefit of themselves and resellers.

    I was rear ended by a teenager 2.5 years ago. I was assigned Caliber Collision of ******, **. My ******************************************************************************************** the bottom of the trunk. My van has been the the following shops, ******, **, *********, **, and **************, **. In the 2.5 years, my van has never been repaired. My van has been in and out of the shop more than 5 times. The last time, someone forgot to place the rubber gaskets back into the bottom of the trunk. My vehicle is depreciating. I don't know what to do and am mentally at my ***** end. My van has lost value, I have lost time dropping off the vehicle and getting rentals, and I've had to pay countless babysitters while I take the van back in for repair. Why is it not repaired? Can Caliber Collision go back to the insurance company and tell them it is not fixable? I cannot go on like this.
