Returned my vehicle in a non drivable condition. The check engine light was still on and the car wouldnt stay cranked. When brought to their attention they told us it was not their problem anymore. We took it to the dealership to be properly fixed and found out the part they did replace was defected. They once again told us it was not their problem anymore!!

They work hand and hand with the insurance (rub each others backs). They allowed me to be charged for a car rental that they are supposed to cover during the service. Giving me the run around, and claiming that theyll call to corporate and get back to you. Its been close to 3 weeks without any results. In this economy, no one has close to $300 to waste.

I filed a claim with State Farm and dropped my vehicle off @ Caliber on Metric Blvd 12/19/24.I received my first text on 12/24 stating that the parts were ordered, FIRST LIE That same day they let me know that the completion date would be 1/24/25. 2ND LIE 12/26: Received text that repairs were underway. 3rd LIE That same day, I was texted that the car was in paint and that there were a few parts they were waiting on. Strange...on the 24th the parts were ordered and now they aren't? 4th LIE 12/30: Was texted that the repairs are coming along nicely. 5th LIE On 1/18/25 I was texted that the repair completion date was still on track for 1/24/25 6th LIE 1/15/25 I was texted the the repairs were completed but they are waiting on some parts. How can repairs be completed and still be waiting on parts? 7th LIE I reached out to the shop and spoke to the manager and he stated that the parts needed were hard to find and that there would be further delays to completion. They had done absolutely NO WORK on my car and NO WORK to find the part. For ************************************************************************** find the parts for it. RIDICULOUS!I was given the part number by another employee and was able to track the part down in a matter of minutes, essentially doing their job for them. There was no scarcity of this part like the manager had communicated to me, just more lying. They just didn't want to do their job, period. Needless to say, this has severely tarnished by relationship with State Farm and how they choose to do business with such a integrity less and unprofessional repair shop. ********** will continue to lose clients if they continue to associate their name with this repair shop.

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I have a $105,000 car that they aboslutey RUINED! They Drove my car with no oil in it, and locked up the engine. I paid $30,000 to replace the engine. NOW that I have replaced the engine, I have learned that they tried to jump the car to get it to turn back on, and they FRIED all my electronics/computers in my car, and am having to get that replaced now, which is an additional $6,000. This repair shop took NO accountability for their actions. They said they didn't do anything to my car, yet the odometer said otherwise. When they receieved the car, they KNEW the engine had no oil, due to busted pipes, and I had the odometer at a certain mileage when I dropped the car off. When Caliber Collision sent my car to ***, their estimate had it MORE than a mile MORE than when I dropped it off. WHICH PROVES THE DROVE THE CAR WITH NO OIL, WHICH RUINED MY ENGINE TO THE POINT IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. Now that I had the engine replaced, new spark plugs, and new $2,000 battery put in, I am now needing all computers and electronics replaced. I AM OUT $36,000 (mind you, I've paid cash) ON REPAIRS TO THIS CAR, which only $7,000 were body parts, and the rest were damages Caliber Collision caused. I WANT THEM TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Please whatever you do, do NOT take your car to this repair center. ESPECIALLY if you own an expensive car. I drive a *** M4 Competition Convertible. MY CAR IS RUINED AND TOTALED. THEY totaled my ****** name is ******* ********, if anyone needs anything.

Some jerk in a Caliber Collision truck (blue) decided that I didnt take off fast enough from a stop light and honked his horn at me. He continued to blare his horn all the way down the road until I turned off. Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude thing I can think of. In the truck with your business displayed, really? Dont you think I have a right to be cautious with my infant child in the car? If I could have gotten his license plate and reported it I definitely would have. Will be telling everyone I know about the behavior that o experienced.

Showed up as scheduled for repair work, they had cleared their schedule so my appointment was no longer on their computer although they had the estimate theyd given me. Manager also said that one plastic part in estimate might not be available. Seeing that these two issues upset me, the manager decides not to do the work accusing me of being difficult. I guess I just wasnt buying his excuses. From mid December to January 7, none of this was communicated to me. Caliber Collision on Dorado in *********** is the place you should not consider if you need quality customer service.

This company is a joke. Ive had multiple repairs done at this facility. Their customer service is poor at best, craftsmanship is shoddy, and not someone I would recommend. I decided to offer one more opportunity to this company. I booked a 0730 appraisal on their website. I showed up at 0730 and got a call as I was pulling in that they do not do anything before 0830. When I asked why the website allowed me to pick the time the caller stated it wasnt her fault it was a function of the website. Please let me ask you, who controls the website? Caliber or the customer? This place is a waste of time and effort and I would deter anyone from using their services. GO somewhere else.

The worst body shop experience. It took several weeks to get a minor rear-end damage fixed. They didnt completely fix the damage and took several trips to complete all the work after arguing with the shop manager. The bumper didn't line up correctly and had grit in the paint. The manager told me black was hard to paint and he couldn't control dirt in their paint booth so that is the way it will be. Once the truck was completed to their satisfaction, not mine, I was asked to come pick it up; I noticed the truck had new damage to the door at the shop. Shop manager denied the new damage and said it didnt happen. Refused to pull camera footage to see if anyone had backed into it while in their lot. I had to call the police to report. Once police got involved, the shop admitted fault of the new damage. Very unprofessional shop manager.

If your car or truck is over 10 years old, they will declare it a total loss. They will use various tactics to achieve this, such as inflating prices, initially quoting low amounts and then increasing them after a teardown, undervaluing your vehicle, and even being dishonest. Their primary allegiance is to the insurance companies, which are collaborating with California to encourage having newer cars on the road.
