    On 03/26/21, I, ****** **** made a down payment of $1,500 for a 2016 Hyundai Azera to Pollard Friendly Ford in Lubbock, Texas, ******* has failed to provide the proper customers service assistance that should be given due to a matter of reasons. In the past 12 month span of having this vehicle, its been in repair shop the majority of time. The most current issue was a federal emission warranty that was covered and serviced by an actual Hyundai dealer who kept my car for two months and did not resolve the issue which leaves me once again in a bind with my car payments because I have to pay out of pocket for rental cars and most important, the inconvenience of not having a car. I feel used and discredited, I am an honest tax payer and I deserve to have and own something that I spend my earned money on. I chose the vehicle because it was newer and had less miles but if I had known it would cost me this much stress and extra maintenance I would have reconsidered. I just want a trade in or a resolution that can make this better for me and my family.

    We bought a Truck in October2021. We also purchased extended warranty in October 2021. In March the truck broke down in Midland, Texas. When we called to have truck towed to the Lubbock company where we purchased it at, Pollard Ford, from the Ford office in Midland, we were told the extended warranty wasn't going to cover the tow or the problem with the pump. I was told it was upside down and nothing can be done, and it would cost $3500 to fix the issue. I bought the extended warranty to cover things like this because the ins and truck payment are high cost.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/18) */ Mr. ******* purchase a vehicle that had 110013 miles on it when it was purchased and the High mileage Deluxe warranty that he purchased was the best one available. However it was declined by the warranty company See Their Quote "Rogers Ford call in a claim for an overheat condition caused by the degas/coolant reservoir bottle leaking and oil cooler leaking internally causing coolant/oil intermix. These components are not covered per this high mileage plan." He have offered to have the vehicle repaired at our facility at a huge discount to what has been quoted to Mr. ******* at Rogers Ford.
