They are very unprofessional. They tried to auction my car off without my leader knowing . They also trashed my car and took all my shoes jewelry and birth certificates out of my car . They are nothing but thieves . My car wasnt suppose to auction off until February .

Romans is required by the lien holder to remove all personal items from the unit at the time of repossession. We do not store liquids, flammable items, or perishable items.Romans is a repossession company not an auction. Romans received the release from the lien holder to release to auction on 1/19. Romans did not receive a redemption release to release to the debtor at the time of the auction pick up.Customer Response

I have been dealing with these crooks for two weeks! The website will not let me make an appointment when I call all they say is I need to make an appointment online. they will not respond and just hang up on me when I call. No matter what phone option I choose I keep getting ***** who is very unprofessional and rude and continues to hang up on me.Roman's Adjusters Inc Response

Thieves. They should not be going through your vehicle until after 30 days! They gave me back a potty training pad that had been urinated on, make up a stroller and clothes but a snap on computer I specifically came for. Office assistant claims they take pictures of everything that was in the car when arrived on property. How convenient a dry turbo and that ************* didnt make it back into my possession.Roman's Adjusters Inc Response
