On October 31st, I ordered both 5x Noochy Licious For $89.89 and New Noochy Licious Flavor Range + All Physical Cookbooks: $109. All were promised to deliver by Nov 18th in time for Thanksgiving cooking. As of Dec 9th, it hasnt shipped as no tracking number has generated. At this point, Ive already lost 40 of the 60 day money back guarantee. When I emailed, I was given a brush off and would ship within 24 hours which didnt happen either. No phone number is available to reach customer service. I want my order canceled and my $198.89 refunded. *** lost all faith in this company. An order delayed beyond Nov 18th was not agreed to.Clearly, they didnt deliver as promised and have held my money for 40 days without shipping the nutritional yeast.Business response

I clicked an Instagram link to order MozzaLicious from their website, which is apparently called "Noochy Licious MozzaLicious." But I received "Noochy Licious." Their website is terribly confusing and frustrating, and the names of the products are confusing. The product I received was not the product I clicked the Instagram link to purchase; it was an ad for "Noochy Licious MozzaLicious." That's frustrating, but neither here nor there, because they have a 60-day return policy, so I immediately began e-mailing them (with my order number) to ask to return the product, but they will not reply at all. I have e-mailed them 3 times, but they will not reply. My preferred resolution would be to return the unopened/unused/pristine packages they sent, and have them replace with what wanted. But in the absence of that, a full refund would be acceptable.Business response

On April 30, 2024 I paid $89.95 to Gloriously Vegan for 5 bags of nutritional yeast (2 flavors). I had never purchased the company's products before, but the company assured me in its emails and ads that there was a 60-day satisfaction guaranty, so that I could obtain a refund if I did not care for the product. I received the product on May 6, 2024. I had a chance to try the two flavors a few days later, and I really did not like the Mozzy Licious product. I wrote the company on May 12, and also May 15 and also May 20 asking for at least a partial refund, but the company has ignored my emails. Meanwhile, the company sends me emails all the time, urging me to buy more products, and always mentioning the 60-day satisfaction guaranty. I had purchased an order with Gloriously Vegan (order # ********** ) amounting to a total of $118.95 on my credit card on 1/14/24. They sent me an email that my order has been shipped on 1/16/24. I had been tracking my order for more than 2 weeks and had reached out several times through email with the company. The tracking movement just keeps going back and forth with no specific location and still has not gotten delivered up to this day. They offered to give me a 15% refund and told me that they sent another shipment but AGAIN, the tracking of the shipment they had sent shows the same thing with no progress and accuracy of information. I am truly disappointed with the customer service of this company. I read almost all the complains of other customers that had filed with Better Business Bureau regarding their experiences with this company. The stories are very similar to what is happening to me. I have a feeling that this company is a Fraud! It is not fair that consumers like me get taken advantaged on such a big scam. Please help in any way possible. I have all copies of the trail of follow up emails I had sent them and all they do is apologize for the delay. They dont even have a number to reach them. Unacceptable! I dont think I will ever get any of my orders. I am thinking that I should call my credit card company and file a dispute. It has been close to a month now of waiting for nothing. Please make sure this company gets what they deserve on deceiving so many customers like me. They do not deserve to be operating a bogus and unreliable business. I am rejecting this response because:
This company clearly has not responded to more follow up emails I have sent asking for me to be credited back. Regretfully and disappointingly, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDERS which is totally absurd. It is going on for two months since I had placed the order. They are clearly flat lying that there is a movement to the tracking of the shipping since Feb 9! I have filed the dispute with my credit card company and they are also doing their investigation on this merchant. I will do what it takes to get what is due to me for my credit and will make sure this company will be known for misleading their customers.

On 1/3/24 my credit card was charged with 2 separate purchases. The first was for a buy 3 get 2 free offer for original Nooch. I was charged $89.95.The second charge was for 3 specialty flavors: mozzarella, nacho and bacon flavored Nooch. This was a second charge of $89.00. After much delay the second order arrived on 2/5/24 but I have not yet received the original flavor (5 bags).I contacted the company inquiring about the missing product and they disregarded my question and told me how I could return the order I received. The ad said there was a money back guarantee within the 30 days after receiving the order. The email from the company said they would only take back unopened packages! How can you test a product you cant open?This is really two separate issues of fraud. I want my charge card credited immediately for the product I didnt receive ($89.95) and I want a full refund on the specialty flavors I opened but didnt like. As per the ad there was a promise of a money back guarantee but I did not like the flavor or texture of the products. I will return them as soon as I get their address.Business response

Noochy Licious nutritional yeast, does not in any way shape or form resemble the claim of being cheese like in any matter. It tastes awful compared to cheese and creates phlegm in my throat, which is very annoying.
