    This company needs to go out of business. No courtesy calls nor they ever have anyone at their office. I have no reviews to leave her for there is no negative stars to choose from. No one returns our phone calls and their service is awful.

    Worst service ever! Is there a negative star to give? Tech came by and could not find the problem. Then he told me he had to order the part. Two months later, still no part. When you call them, they don't answer the phone. If you email them, they ignore you too. Don't use them.

    I would leave a 1 star review if I could. Absolutely the worst company to ever do business with. Parts were ordered on 8/4/23 and never received any kind of communication from this company. Whirlpool has also tried to reach out through email and phone calls. No response. 8/21/23 spoke with ****** the owner and he says no parts have been shipped and he has nothing for our unit. Instructed me to call whirlpool to find out whats going on. According to whirlpool no parts were ordered and I needed to speak with the owner. Worst company ever do not use!

    No call no show. I was waiting all week for this Appt as my fridge has been broken. Really disappointing. Never recommending this company. They do not answer calls, texts or emails.

    Worst appliance company! DO NOT USE! We had three no call and no shows. When they came out the first time to fix our refrigerator for a loud sound, they made it worse than it was. We could not get them back out to fix the problem that they created! No one ever answers the phones and the only way I could get someone to talk with me is through text messages. Whirlpool needs to stop doing service with them. Horrible company.

    Horrible company. They cancel appointments the day of or no show and never rescheduled. When you call they don't return messages or text or emails. Ended up paying someone else for a simple repair. They need to be shut down.

    I wish I could leave zero stars too. I contacted Whirlpool for service and their website gave me this company's name and number, Texas Home Appliance Service. I called and was directed by a recording to the website to schedule service. I entered my repair information and received an email confirmation of my service appointment. The emails continued over the time until my appointment and no one showed up. I contacted ********* again and this time spoke to a CSR. I was given another company with actual people and am waiting for my upcoming service appointment. Meanwhile I am still receiving emails from the no-show company, Texas Home Appliance Service asking me to contact them if I need service. If you call their number, you are directed to send an email to their website. So their automated system is still running with no actual people behind it?? Stay away from this company.

    I wish I could put no stars. Our fridge went out and we bought the extended warranty that apparently goes through this company. They were able to come out the next day with us purchasing the extended warranty. If we didn't have the warranty it was going to be 2 weeks. The guy is on time, tells us it's the defrost sensor. Then says it will be **** days for it to come in. We only have one fridge so we went out and bought one. He came out later that day and installed it. Then I'm sure you guessed it, that wasn't the issue. So now we're out $50 for a part that did not fix the issue. Called the company every day for a week. No answer. No call back. We emailed and texted. No response. I've called whirlpool that Says they have reached out as well with no answer. Now I'm out of a fridge for more than a week with no end in site. I told whirlpool I want a different company for the extended warranty and the lady said that we had to wait until the month wad over. Whata the point of paying for a warranty through a company that won't answer or call back. Free money monthly for them I guess if they never have to make appointments since they don't answer. Supposedly a supervisor from whirlpool will call me Monday. I'm not going to hold my breath. I thought filing a complaint with the BBB would help, but now that I see here they aren't even BBB accredited. And they have a F rating. What a joke. I definitely recommend finding another company and don't give this company any more of your money. It's just ridiculous.
