At Center 3 there is employees smoke illegal drugs and still takes *****************. Went to ******* who is the assistant Director and she said she does not care.Review from Brittany N.

This is a horrible daycare, they lack communication for sure. They forgot to pick my kids up from school. I called to let them know I was on my way to get them like I do everyday and they told me they would have them ready for me. To my horror when I got there my kids were not there, they said " I'm sorry, they must still be at the school". They were still at school and A plus had failed to pick them up. A plus tried to come up with every excuse they could to justify what had happened. I proceeded to try and get in touch with the owner via email to express my concern and have yet to get a response back. That was a heartwrenching experience as I'm sure it would be for any parent. I would definitely advise doing your research before placing your children here or any daycare for that matter.

Dear *********************. As owner of A+ ********** I take all parents concerns seriously and I'm very sorry that I didn't get any email from you at either of our center emails. I looked into the situation you mentioned and on those first days of school our buses were late getting to the school due to unforseen mechanical issues. Your child was not left abandoned at the school but our entire pickup for that route was late. We have finally received our two brand new buses that were due in June, giving us extra vehicles to ensure all our children are picked ** in the most timely and safe manner. I am very sorry you and the other parents weren't notified in advance of the delay and I will work on improving our parent communications as we continue to strive for excellence. I wish i could give them ZERO stars.this Daycare is a complete joke. they are constantly going through teachers, and do not do what they say. i was told that they would help with potty training, MULTIPLE times a week my kids would come home in wet and soiled diapers and pullups/undies, and the teachers wouldn't even bat an eye when told about it. also have had my kids come home on multiple occasions with bite marks, bruises, scratches, etc and i would get NO accident report. when id call to speak with the teacher or director, they would have no recollection of any event that could lead to such issues and be told "it couldn't have happened here" when my child would not have any of that upon showing up in the morning..done even ask for tax information because you'll be like pulling teeth. god forbid they know how to do their jobs properly.before i moved my kids to another daycare, i was called by cps regarding some issues in my sons classroom, and made sure to fill them in on everything that had happened to my kids while in their "care"this place needs to be shut down
