I have been trying to contact lumio solar for months, I've sent a email and tried calling the number provided for assistance by them and I got sent straight to voice-mail everytime. The sales representative stopped responding to me. I've been needing a itemized billing invoice to apply for the solar tax credit they said I will be able to get to help pay off the solar panels, but without it I can't get the certificate and without the certificate I cant get through tax credit to help pay them off.

In October of 2022, a Lumio sales rep came to my home to try to convince me to purchase solar panels. I was told by the salesman that not only would purchasing solar panels benefit the environment, but that I would also ultimately save money on my monthly utility costs and have a more predictable monthly bill. I was told that the panels would have a 25 year full warranty, that my monthly bill would never change, and that the number of panels being installed would be more than enough to offset all of my energy usage with some to spare. After several months of the panels being in use, I was still paying an electric bill of $150 or more on top of the payment for the solar panels. I reached out to the representative and was told that “some months generate more energy than others” and to give it time. By this point, it was already too late to terminate the contract. In April of 2024, we had a severe hale storm and several of my panels were shattered. Since then, they have been underproducing. I reached out to Lumio via the Enphase application and after several weeks, a technician was sent out to evaluate the damage. He came out, agreed that the panels were shattered, and then left. I never heard another word from anyone on behalf of Lumio, Enphase, or anyone else affiliated with them regarding warranty repairs or next steps. During this time, my monthly payments also went up another $100 per month due to not meeting the minimum pay down requirements set forth in the contract. Again, this is despite the sales rep advising me in person that my payments would “never” change. I have been attempting to get someone to respond to my numerous attempts at contact. I have made my payments each month on time and in full, but have yet to hear anything back from Lumio, Enphase, or any of their other affiliates. I am still paying twice a month in energy related costs than I was before I was swindled into this contract. All I want is to be let out of this awful contract.

The company installed solar panels and told me they were gonna be a 100% power and at my electric bill would be less than half of what it already was and that has not happened and I tried to resolve it with the company that gave me a bogus. This credit of $7500, but I still don't make any power.

On June 23th 2023 my husband and I sat down with M***e S******, energy consultant for Lumio. We were told we would receive kick off for 6 months payments of 120.70 dollars a month (total of $724.02), I did not receive it yet. I had emailed and called them almost monthly or daily. They finally answered like this on May 20th, 2024; their accounting team was actively working on releasing the funds to me. However, after that day, they were not answered anymore until now. I would like them to live up to their promises and help get this resolved.

I purchased a solar system from Lumio, and as part of my agreement, I was promised a $732 Tango Card rebate. Over the past year, I have made multiple calls, sent numerous emails, and followed up persistently to resolve this issue. Despite assurances that the matter would be addressed, Lumio has failed to deliver on this agreement and has stopped responding to my communications. I have clear documentation, including: • The signed agreement detailing the Tango Card promise. • Email records and notes from phone calls showing repeated follow-up attempts. Resolution Sought: I am requesting immediate delivery of the $732 Tango Card as promised in our agreement.

We bought solar panels from Lumio almost 3 years ago, we have been having microinverter problems for 9 months or more. I have called and emailed this company every 2-4 weeks and have never received a response. I want to have a response to either fix the problem or they can remove the panels and refund our money. I am attaching the text message I get on a monthly basis.

I purchased a solar panel system from Lumio on or about December 15, 2022. They submitted a loan request through a company named Mosiac. These 2 business are working together. According to the terms of my agreement Mosiac was not to close my loan until Lumio completed the job. Lumio submitted documentation in December that the job was completed so Mosiac process the loan and paid Lumio $41,000 for a system that was not completed. I have records showing that up to February of 2023 they had still not passed inspection. Yet I was making payments on a loan that they funded fraudulently through Mosiac. I tried for several months to have them come out to get the system to be functional. Finally in June 2023 I filed a BBB compalint on 4-18-2023 and they came out to get the the system operational. It worked fine for 6 months until i started having faults and issues with the system. AI filed a complaint with Lumio and again on February 2024. The system was installed improperly. The solar panels were starting to show roof damage. On August 5th I called Lumio again and expressed the roof damage was significant and there was water leaking into my house plus a smoke smell in my house. On September 20th 2024 they acknowledge the roof damage and said they would reimburse me for that however she mentioned they were going through bankruptcy so it would be 30 days. She then said to file the electrical claim again. . I sent the claim for the electrical on November 1 and then reached out via email to the 2 reps that helped me with the first claim and their emails were disconnected. I went on their website and they do not respond. I selected this company based on what they called their award winning customer service and warranty. I have been stuck on a principal only loan and its for 25 years for a product that is not installed correctly. I had to pay an electrician to repair the system over $5k.Lumio almost burned my house down. I would like a full refund and removal.
