    My business interactions with Confido RCM started on August 21, 2023, when Luke S***** reached out by text about Credentialing/Contracting Services. I dealt with him and his co-worker Olivia and one Mary M*****. Apparently Olivia had previously contacted me by text messages between June 2, 2023, and June 6, 2023 from Bikham credentialing services which she later told me she had stopped working for. My interactions with Confido RCM continued by phone, text and email until August 21, 2024, when I last emailed Luke S***** and received no response. They wanted $900 upfront for the services, but agreed that I could make a deposit of $500 by check which they cashed. I was to pay the balance of $400 once they had completed their services. Although they said they would be sending me weekly updates on the progress, I received only one sketchy one. Upon requesting for more updates they sent me an even more sketchy one. A few times I got text requests from them for codes to access my account, but no updates came out of this. On February 1, 2024, I received info on my account that I had 45 days on my deficient application. I notified Luke at Confido on the same day, but there was no follow up. Confido RCM has been unprofessional and a headache to work with. They haven’t kept their word and I want my deposit back.

    10/23/2023 I began talking to this company about getting credentialed/paneled with insurance companies. In January we began the process. They stated it would take anywhere from 30 to 90 days. I did get credentialed with some but not all that I paid for. Also, I formed an S-corp in May and in June asked them to get the psychology practice credentialed. Well after not hearing anything from them I finally hired a consulting company to figure out what is being done. Well they have only submitted one application and the rest nothing has been done. I want a refund for what they have not done because now I have to hire someone else to get it completed. They do not answer my calls or emails.

    Confido reached out to me offering credentialing services for my mental health practice. After I talked with them on the phone, I decided to go with them. I send all the information over as well as the payment to them via Venmo on February 2, 2024. I heard from them twice after that about starting the process but I have attempted multiple times to contact them and they will not answer. Since, I have found someone else to do my credentialing and this person informed me it was never submitted.

    We hired the company for credentialing services. We had made a payment of $ 750.00 via ACH transfer on March 7, 2024. There has been no communication from the company and their manager who was engaged in the process of credentialing with us. We have made multiple attempts to contact the company via phone, and email, but there is no response.

    Confido RCM committed to providing me with credentialing to two insurance companies. They have not followed through with this and have taken over $200 from me. I have to reach out several times to receive a response but each time they respond they do not resolve anything. They claim to have submitted applications to various insurance panels on my behalf, but when I look in the system, no application has been submitted. I am concerned because they have my SSN, and a lot of personal information regarding my business. The reviews for their company show similar information about them stealing money and not following through on what they claim to do as a business. Their address is not a real place.

    I sent a check to Confido RCM LLC for 1050.00 on 4/29/24 in order to assist me with credentialing insurance for my new business. They initiated this process by making out a spreadsheet that indicated the companies with whom they had submitted applications. After that, they did nothing and failed to follow up to find out what else needed to be done. I found out on 5/21/24 that for one of the companies they had done nothing to rectify a mistake that I was notified about a month ago (by email from the insurance company) and they had been asked to do that. Another company I found out I was already credentialed on through many phone calls - Confido did nothing to find this out despite my request. The spreadsheet indicated they did not apply to that company. On 5/22/24 I complained to the company and spoke to "Jade" the representative. I asked for anything that she had done and I would continue the credentialing process on my own. She had NO information of anything that had been done for me on the phone. She said she would send me all the information. She sent me nothing. On 5/24/24 I informed the company through another complaint that I wanted the information by 5/28/24. I received nothing and no contact.

    After a $1,000 credit card payment, which i stopped payment on when it seemed to be resolved, on Jan 6th Paid the $,1000 via Venmo to complete project of Insurance carrier credentialling. Communication with owner "Daniel" and "Jade" started off very well, until now there is no communication, response or anyone answering phones at this company. Looking for a refund or completion of the project. At least a return phone call would possible assure me that they are still in business and can complete my project,. Otherwise it's a SCAM OPERATION.

    This company has continually texted our business over the past several months to obtain their services. We have called them multiple times and requested the removal of our phone number from their marketing list. They continue to harass us and send us multiple text messages requesting us to obtain their services.

    Confido RCM is a reformed company, use to be Credibilis. They scammed me out of $600 for credentialling services. DO not use this company. I assure you it is a scam. I got a text message from this company soliciting their services and it is identical to the Credibilis information, including the name of staff. The web site is also almost identical. You will notice that they do not have much interaction on the website other than the same fake reviews of the company.

    The company has repeatedly texted me the following, and does not respond to 'unsubscribe' requests. I would like them to take ###-###-#### off of their distribution list permanently: Greetings, I am here to chat about our Medical Virtual Assistant Services covering patient billing, appointment scheduling, patient registration, patient calling and a lot of other administrative tasks at minimum $599.00 flat fee/month per VA.
