My partner and I trusted CONFIDO RCM, LLC to handle our credentialing as we started our new business, but our experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, we worked with Jade, who communicated with us early on but ended up credentialing us not only incomplete but incorrectly. Seven months later, only 3 out of 6 insurance companies had been credentialed, far from what was promised + having to follow up with those insurances and fixing the mistakes. When they failed to complete the remaining 3, we requested reference numbers to handle it ourselves, along with clear communication and a refundnone of which were *********** colleague left a review about this issue, and in response, we were contacted by ****, who assured us he would resolve the matter personally. He to lacked in follow-up communication, leaving us feeling neglected and unsupported throughout this entire process. In our last communication, **** assured us that he would submit our refund request to the finance department, and they would contact us. That was 19 days ago, and we've yet to hear from anyone.Overall, we absolutely DO NOT recommend CONFIDO RCM, LLC due to their poor communication, incomplete work, and failure to meet their commitments.Review from Manar E

DO NOT GO THROUGH CREDENTIALING WITH THIS ************ everyone elses comments, they were quick to take a $1200 check from my partner and I to get credentialed and assured us that the process would be completed within 3 months. It is now 7 MONTHS LATER and we are only credentialed with 3 out of 6 of the insurance companies. I have ENDLESS text messages, emails trying to contact JADE who has no decency or respect to reach back out or take initiative. I took matters into my own hands to follow up with the 3 insurance companies we're still "waiting to hear back from" ONLY TO FIND OUT APPLICATION WAS JUST SUBMITTED THIS MONTH - SEPTEMBER, or NOT submitted at all.I WILL DEF BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME. I AM LEAVING THE SAME REVIEW ON ALL THEIR PLATEFORMS SO THAT NO ONE ELSE GOES THROUGH THE FRUSTRATION I DID.THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.Review from Naimah C

I have had a great experience working with Confido. I usually communicate with **** if there are any questions or concerns. I have been working with them for about 1 year. They have collected more money for me than I ever have on my own. They work my denials and handle authorizations. I have a small speech therapy practice in ** and I am happy I took a chance with them.Review from Dana L

Scammers, and they go by many names CrediBills LLC . They never completed the work they were contracted to do and they will not refund me.Review from Paige B

I too get continuous spam from this company. I never gave my contact information to them nor did I consent to receive contact from them.Review from erin m

non-stop spamming my cell phone. I have never given them permission to text me or contact me. I get text from different numbers with the same message. First, no reasonable person would make a deal with a spam company. Thats a sure way to get ripped off. Second, no on wants text messages SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK with the same message about credentials. I have asked several times to stop texting me and they just send a text from a different number.
