  We took are dog in on 6/29/22 for a broken leg. We waited in the parking lot for 4 hours then in the room for 3 hour then they decided to admit her. Had to pay 2000.00 upfront to do surgery that didn't happen tell 6/30/22 @ 6:00pm. Then we picked her up on 7/1/22 and had to pay another 1436.51 to take her home. Was sent home with no antibiotics. On 7/4/22 had to rake her back in because of infection had to pay another 127.93. To start antibiotics. Then on 7/6/22 took her back because wounds started to appear and wasn't getting any better. Was told they needed to send in a sample to see what the infection was but didn't change the antibiotics. Did a 2nd surgery and removed more of her leg and sent home with drains. And charged us again another 396.74. On 7/8/22 took my dog to a different vet to be checked was told that she had a bad infection but until we get the test results from Cottonwood to stay on the same medications. And to cone back on 7/12/22 to follow up. On 7/12/22 new vet took out the drains and told us to follow up again on 7/14/22. And to see if Cottonwood has got the results. Called Cottonwood at first was told they don't see them asked for manager then the results were there but could give us them the doctor need to look at it asked for them to send to new vet and myself was told they would send right over. On 7/13/22 call new vet and they still have not received the results to start her on the new medication. Had to have them call over to get the results. Then I asked them to give me my money back and was told they could not do that I would have to taken them to court.
