I purchased a Walther q5 match 9 mm from the store in phoenix az. The staff was really rude and several employees even made fun of me while I was standing there. When I finished my purchase I was given the case with the gun in it. When I got home I realized all the extras that come with this version were missing and immediately called and spoke to "Jason" the store manager and he said to come back the next day and he would make it right. Came back and he made a list and I showed him on the website and unboxing video what should have been in there, he agreed that it should have been and said "things go missing here a lot from the boxes and it js unfortunate " but he said he would reach out to Walther and get the replacement. He said he would be gone for about a week on vacation but he would have his assistant reach out in the "next 2 days" with a shipping time of when the parts would be there. I waited and called a couple times about a week later, he said there was no response but give it a couple more days, this went on for over a month now and today I spoke to him and he said "Walther said they don't send the risers with the guns since 2019" but I had already checked on that by going to another sportsman's warehouse and looking at the exact same gun, the rep showed me the box and the tools and risers were in the box. When I told Jason that was not correct he said he meant the risers but he was still waiting for them to tell him about the tools which makes no sense they would have answered him back on all of it at once from Walther not each item separately. The missing items from my gun case are the tools for adjusting the red dot site and 3 red dot risers/adapters. I want them.The employees shouldn't be taking things they want out of the gun cases they are selling to employees and I should get everything I was supposed to with the gun.There are Multiple unboxing videos with the items in it from 2024 and Walther confirmed they do send those items w/their guns.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro online from Sportsman's Warehouse on November 27, 2024. I was induced to purchase because Sportsman's advertised on their website the Springfield Armory "gear up" promotion. As part of the promotion, Springfield Armory would give $300 of gear for any gun bought in November. Again, Sportsman's advertised this promotion on their website. I only purchased the weapon because it was eligible for the gear up promotion. After placing the order, I received an email notification that the weapon would not be available for in-store pickup until November 9th. No problem. Per the promotion, I had until the end of December to apply for the promotion so long as I bought the gun in November. On December 13--four days after the estimated pickup date--I got an email that my order was being refunded. The reason given in the email?: "Customer changed mind." That was an outright lie. I didn't change my mind. I still want the weapon. I want to receive the promised gear package as part of the gear up promotion. I immediately reached out to Sportsman's Warehouse for information and they informed me that they screwed up; the store receiving shipment cancelled the order and returned it to the corporate location. And now they've refused to make it right. I was They offered to re-initiate the order. But as I explained to them in a December 14 email, that isn't a sufficient response. If the order is initiated now, it won't qualify for the gear up promotion because that promotion only applied to weapons purchased before the end of November. If I had known that Sportsman's would renege on their promise, I would have purchased from someone else. Now I can no longer receive the Springfield Armory promotion. They need to either reinstate the order from November and rush me the weapon so that I can still receive the promotion, or they need to provide the same gear promised (and promoted by Sportsman's) in the gear up promotion.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of redwing Irish setter mens trailblazer boots 9.5 ,I received them and when I opened them before I wrapped them for Christmas I noticed they were damaged ,leather was scuffed and long deep scuff from packaging . I sent pics to return company like they ask when I called to get return label ,they picked up on December 6 and I was told By a lady named January K**** that my replacement boots would be sent out ASAP ,but now when I call to see if they could send me tracking on new replacement boots and they sent me a email back saying they can't replace boots they can just refund money after tommorow when they receive boots back ,even though they can track them and see I sent them back . They say it will be 7-10 business days before I'm refunded ,that means my husband will not have his Christmas gift on Christmas ,I worked hard to be able to pay the 206$ for them and all i want is them to send me a replacement pair ,not damaged before Christmas,not a refund in 7-10 more days . This was promised to me by January K**** and a lady who was her supervisor Paula . But return label is got January K**** name on it .Initial Complaint

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered a Leupold bx-2 10x52 bino on 11/11/24. was out for shipment 11/12 UPS, UPS sent to USPS 11/15 but said package was delivered on front porch. UPS added USPS tracking # and link, went to USPS to track, said was delivered in parcel box next to mail box same day same time. I received no package when I checked mail for the whole next week. no email confirmation from Sportsmans, had to go into online account and look up status of shipment. called them to figure out what processes i need to take. called UPS and set up a claim, could not due to handed to USPS. called USPS to file claim could not due to package delivered status. got the run-around; going in circles. Called back Sportsmans couldnt get any result. filed a claim on customer service. NO REPLY!, called Sportsmans Warehouse customer service line, filed a claim, NO REPLY!, CALLED AGAIN TO LOCAL STORE TO FILE A CLAIM, HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO GET SPECIFIC PERSON TO HELP. CALLED BACK AND THEN WAS TOLD CORPORATE COULDNT DO ANYTHING OR WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. GO FILE A POLICE REPORT. SO NOW I AM FILING A POLICE REPORT AND LETTING EVERYONE KNOW IF YOU LIVE JUST AT EDGE OF CITY YOUR PACKAGES COULD GET HANDED TO MULTIPLE CARRIERS, STOLEN/LOST AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO BUT GO AROUND IN CIRCLES AND FILE A POLICE REPORT AND LET EVERYONE ELSE KNOW SPORTSMANS WAREHOUSE WILL NOT HELP YOU OR REIMBURSE YOU AS A CORPORATE COMPANY. Placed an order,#**********, on 11/18/24 and it says the shirt was in stock and on the 23rd I received a email canceling my order that they said they couldn’t fulfill it, but the item still shows on 11/30/24 that is still available??? On 11/24, I placed another order for the same style shirt and it shipped to the store and they sent an email saying it was ready for pickup. On 11/30, I went to the store and they could not find the order and when they looked it up, it said it was cancelled by UPS??? Already frustrated that now twice I have tried to place an order for a shirt for a Christmas gift, I just told the cashier to just refund the order. I called and spoke to Steph from Customer Service on the phone and explained how frustrating it is that twice I have placed an order and they didn’t have the product and all she offered to fix the issue was place a investigation on the order from ups to the store and that she showed the item I stock and that she could place the order again for me?? I told her that unless she was going to ship the product to my home and provide the product at no charge. It would be foolish to give them a third opportunity to order the product again to be just disappointed and I did not have time to waste because this was a Christmas gift and I would have to ship it out. That at this point, I had no other option but to order it from the manufacturer to guarantee that I would receive it in time to ship for the holiday. Steph gave no other resolution or attempt to find a better resolution, despite me telling her that her website is misleading and still showing product in stock. Despite trying to give them a opportunity to correct the issue, the company continues to mislead customers of product availability and the customer service representative had no reasonable solution without causing more time and money to the customer.Initial Complaint

In May 2024 me and my Husband went into the sportsman warehouse located in Parker,Co where my husband was asked for I'd and was asked to provide some sort of mail with his name on it he presented all that was asked he picked the firearm he was interested in and was given a tablet where he was asked to undergo a background check well ultimately he was denied the firearm permit as they background check was not passed well on Oct 31st 2024 the sportsman warehouse went to Douglas county court house and filed a complaint against my husband stating he had tryed to commit foregery and provided the false documents which is untrue and not correct he answered the questions honest and truthful being he hasn't been convicted of any crimes in over 16 years he served his debt to society I feel this is wrong and if there's a misunderstanding then this needs to be corrected and handled my husband is 55 years old ill battling to get SSI and SSDI he has no time to commit fraud or try in any fashionInitial Complaint

First off, this complaint is against Sportsman warehouse in Cheyenne, WY. However no matter how hard I look I cannot find this particular store. But hopefully, since it's a corporate store and they are all ran by the same corporation , it won't matter. Recently I purchased a Pietta . 44 black powder gun kit from the S W in Cheyenne, Wy. Upon taking it home I began to dismantle it in order to clean the packing grease and oil from it. Using the tools supplied in the kit, one of which was a nipple wrench to remove the nipples. As I began to remove the nipples the nipple wrench broke at each tip thereby making unusable. So after spending $400 on this kit, I'm thinking there would be no reason they wouldn't replace a bad part that was in that kit. A part with a cost of around $10. But when I tried to get them to replace the part the asst. manager began to speak in corporate tongue, basically passing the buck. So I told the guy, I ask the guy was he really not going to replace a simple low cost part and keep a customer. He would not budge so I took it to the next step and explained that I would take my case to BBB, social media and that I would write an email to his corporate office. This gentleman, this Asst manager, literally laughed at me and ask "would you like their number that way I can save you an email. " Even if I am 100% in the wrong, and I don't believe I am, there is no reason that an asst. manager has the right to treat someone that way. All I ask for, and all I want is a simple exchange of a very low cost part that came defective in one of their kits.Initial Complaint

On October 11, 2024 i purchased a killer instincts fatal x crossbow for 404.97 plus tax from the altoona, pa location. Took it home and didn't shoot it until 2 days later for target practice and the cables jumped the cams. Called sportsmans to have it repaired and they refused to service it. I took it elsewhere to be serviced and again the cables jumped the cams and frayed the strings. Took it to be serviced yet again and it cost $60 to have strings and cables put on it. I called sportsmans in altoona pa to return the faulty bow and they are refusing to take back the bow because they said it's used. However, numerous people have test shot this same bow, myself included, so therefore they sold me a used bow. I need them to return the faulty bow before it ends up causing injury to myself by busting cables again.Initial Complaint

I bought a cross bow from the store payed with cash and bought the replacement protection the limbs broke on the bow and took it back my fault I didn’t have the receipt and the store manager was rude to me as I was rude to him call the customer service and spoke with them they let the case drop so I call back today and they act like I never call before but I have the email they sent me and when brought that up to them they told me the person was off I would like a call from the store
