    Ordered fishing *** ****** on-line 1/13/25; it was damaged during shipping; was never delivered to me; *** notified them of such; and is being returned to them (per *** tracking). So I contacted them for refund and provided *** tracking (although they were notified by ***).They will NOT issue refund until they receive the returned package; *** never had a company NOT issue a refund as soon as theyre notified of damaged-being returned shipment. Has anyone had similar experience; did you ever get your refund?

    Wife and I went to the store to buy her a new personal carry pistol. When, after probably an HOUR of handling this one and that one and so forth, the once very helpful employee asked for her drivers license, and came back saying he couldn't sell us a gun because they had an old application from someone that lived at my address who they THOUGHT had a felony. Therefore no one who ever lives in that house in the future, will be able to buy a gun from Sportsman's. As far as they're concerned, a felon still lives there and NO ONE can have a gun that lives there.We went down the street and bought from ********. 5 stars for them. NO stars for Sportsman's and we're going to sue them if they don't delete that old, incorrect information from their system.

    I ordered the day of Thanksgivimg 11 boxes ammunitaion 6 boxes of 380 50 ct ea and 5 boxes of 9 mm 50 ct ea...they were supposed to be picked up at the store on Sunday , when i went they omly had the 9 mm set aside for me , told me to wait for the nest days delivery it is now wed and still no ammo , Spoke to the store manager ***** , he asid they would be in on wed delivered by ***** and i would get a call by 330 that day ..itws 4 pm and still no call and when i call them they dont answer the customer service . they pick up and hang up , it is my understanding before you advertise a product , they shoul have it to support the advertisement , other wise i consdier it a bait and switch or fraud. please file a complaint on my behalf the order number is

    For my experience with this company, it has been by far the worst I have encountered.. I placed an order, they canceled it. Never provided an explanation. Sent me an email stating that I was good to order the merchandise.. That whatever the issue was, had been resolved.. I then placed an for the same merchandise with the same credit card. Just for it to be canceled again.. Still no explanation for why. I'm writing this review to warn others, this is not the service that they say they give.. I wouldn't even give them a star if that was a choice.

    I would give 0 stars if this was offered. We purchased a muzzle loader online on Saturday and received a order#. Today, Tuesday, I went to look for tracking info and there was nothing. Went back online to look for my order and it said it was cancelled. I went to bank account and these charges are pending. Double checked again and the item is STILL showing in stock. Called online number and was told I needed to wait 3-5 days to have money refunded. They are knowingly taking money for items they do NOT have in stock. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. Someone would either call me or Id get an email. What???? Horrific CS and I believe illegal bait and switch practices. How many folks have been charged, they take money let it sit in their account for 3-5 days making interest on items they do not have in stock.

    On 10/15/24 I ordered a pair of boots, a shirt, and pair of pants. They showed in stock and for me to pick up the next day. I went to pick it up and they had no record of my order. I told the manager to cancel my order, and he stated he did but would not give me a confirmation. I waited with no refund for my order that I never got, so I called and they did not have a record of the cancelation so i requested the cancelation and refund. Now 10/31 I have called back to find out where my refund is and they again have no record of my cancelation! When asked to speak to a supervisor you get put on hold as a tactic to get you to hang up. NO excuses for this and I still don't have my money back.

    This afternoon around 12:30 - 1:00 p.m., I stopped by Sportsmans Warehouse in ******, ** to pick up some ammo. I noticed a stack of Blazer 9mm ammunition in front of the sales counter. One salesperson was behind the counter, chatting with a non customer and ignoring me. When I asked the clerk for the price of the Blazer ammo, he told me it was $13.99. I remembered seeing a sale flyer, so I checked the website and found a discounted price for the same product. I showed the clerk the item on my phone and asked if I could purchase it at the advertised price. He replied that the sale price would apply at checkout, explaining that he hadnt had time to update the price labels yet. He lied.I then asked if he had a case available, as I didnt want to grab 20 individual boxes from the display. Again, he responded that all the boxes had been put out and there were no more in the case. He lied again. His tone made it clear that he was annoyed by my questions, even though I was the only customer in the store at the time. I gathered the items and asked him to check me out, but he told me I had to pay up front. A third lie.While at the front counter, the cashier informed me that there was an additional 5% discount for every 10 boxes purchased. Since I had 25 boxes, I went back to the gun counter for five more. At this point, I noticed two clerks, one of whom was handling a revolver. He had his finger on the trigger and was waving it around while leaning against the back shelf. His behavior was reckless, dangerous, and completely unprofessional. No customer should have to witness an employee mishandling a firearm like that. The management needs to enforce stricter standards of professionalism and safety before someone gets shot.

    Worst experience ever attempting to purchase a firearm. I ordered on 9/28/24, within the last week and a half my order was sent to 2 different states other than the 1 I live. Please make it make sense I dont understand how this can happen twice. This company needs to be investigating because someone's firearm being shipped to a wrong address is unacceptable.

    On the 1st of October I made an online order with this firm. I was in receipt of the order number and was given an arrival date for the order at a local store, in this case, *****, ** for one week out or the 7th of October. During that period I tried to find out the status of the order and each time the website said 'shipping pending.' It was not until the 7th of October that I rang them up to discover that while the shipping is 'free,' they only ship every other week from UT to ***The result, then, was I was told that it would take another week for the items to be shipped so I would receive them a week later than the shipping date on the confirmation email after ordering.This of course means they have my capital for two weeks to do with what they wish. The caveat was that if I wanted to cancel the order it might take two weeks for the capital to return to my bank. As I pointed out, if they'd said the shipping was an 'estimate' or explained that the shipping was every other week I might have been placated. As it is, this is the last time I shall order from this shambolic company.
