I received an inquiry on December 22nd regarding an offer for a vehicle through this dealership. I had never heard of them prior to seeing the listing on a third party website, however I inquired about the price, and upon arrival was turned down because the price listed was an "error" and they are not responsible for that. Prior to going, I knew that according to ************* Vehicle Code of ********, they have to honor the price that was offered to me even if it was a mistake. This was an experience where I was bait advertised. I not once received an apology regarding the hour it took me to get there, and I was told that if I wasn't interested in paying $66,000 for the car then they were not selling it to me. I am outraged.

Brown Honda needs to refund a $500 deposit to me, but have not done so. Our initial communications took place on June 24, 27, and 28. On 7/28 I was told "the accounting dept processed your refund". On July 7 I asked again, as the refund did not happen, and I was told again it has been processed. I asked for a proof of the refund and they agreed to provide a proof. On July 18 I asked why I have not received either the refund or the proof, and have received no reply. Today (7/21) I am seeking help from BBB. I can provide more details about the earlier events (before June 24).
