Hi- I have had Type 1 Diabetes for over 25 years. I purchased a durable insulin pump holder from this company in the past. I purchased one again on August 9, 2024. I understood from the website that there would be a delay in shipping. I never received my item and spent over $60. There has been non response to my emails. The website is longer up but there is a facebook page. My understanding is this tactical case was created by a law enforcement officer. I would like my money returned or my item delivered.Initial Complaint

Original purchase date: 01/30/2024 Total purchase price: $50.98 I ordered one stealth holster for Tandem T:slim in black for a 1.5" vertical belt clip. At the time, the lead time was 4 weeks. On April 10, over 9 weeks later, I emailed their support requesting information and received no response. On April 17, I reached out over Facebook Messenger requesting that they cancel my order due to lack of communication and atrocious customer service. On April 19, ***** responded asking for my order number but refused to acknowledge my request for cancellation. She never responded again after I provided such information. On May 24, I followed up on Facebook Messenger to see if they had canceled my order and only received an automated message. On Aug 6, I followed up again requesting a refund and only received an automated message. My order still was not canceled. On September 30, seven whole months after their promised lead time, I received a shipping notification that my order would ship soon. I reached out over email to further pursue cancellation and yet I received no response. On 9/30/24 a shipping label was created, yet there was no update until 6 weeks later. On 11/11/24, tracking shows that it had arrived in *** ******** **. On 11/13/24 it was marked as delivered in/at mailbox. HOWEVER, I RECEIVED NO PACKAGE OR PRODUCT FROM TYPE 1 TACTICAL OR ANY ENTITY RESEMBLING TYPE 1 TACTICAL. These people have perpetuated fraud over the course of this entire year on me and what I assume are a countless number of other vulnerable diabetic customers. They demonstrated wanton disregard for fulfilling their legal obligations to provide a product or a refund in the time that we had agreed to. They refused to acknowledge my cancellation requests and displayed the most fraudulent, awful customer service. After nearly a year, I have no product and they stole my money from me.Initial Complaint

I am living with type 1 diabetes and use an insulin pump. I needed a new case for my insulin pump and ordered one online through Type 1 Tactical on 6/14/2024; my credit card was charged $50.98 for this purchase. I was made aware that the order could take up to 90 days to be fulfilled. I subsequently needed a new insulin pump and with that pump came a new case, so I no longer needed the case I ordered from Type 1 Tactical. I sent an email to cancel my order on 10/27/2024 (two were sent on this day), on 11/2/2024, and on 11/8/2024. I have not yet received a reply. I believe my account has been blocked - I have been trying to log into the website to get my tracking number, but despite entering my correct email address and password, I am not allowed access. Type 1 diabetes is a disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. I feel this company is discriminating against those with type 1 diabetes and would like this practice to cease. I am a Doctorate-prepared Nurse Practitioner working in Endocrinology with those living with diabetes. Some of the patients with whom I work would not be able to address this type of behavior and I am hoping to act on their behalf, as well. Order #***** placed Jan.20,2024 for an insulin pump case and repair parts totalling $103.52. The credit card was debited right away. As of todays date Nov. 16,2024 have not received my order and after numerous e-mails to the company there has been no response other than a service saying be patient we are looking into it. Want a refund if these people can’t provide service other than taking your money from you. Never quite experienced anything like it. I know I am not the only one who has experienced the same problem reading through the BBB comments.Initial Complaint

I ordered an insulin pump holster and hardware on July 11, 2024 and received an automated response of order being received and a tracking number would be sent when product shipped. I have emailed the company several times and have received no response in regards to this. I have asked for a refund if they can’t fulfill the order. No tracking number or responses yet on November 13, 2024. I am asking for a full refund. I’m not interested in dealing with a company that has such poor customer service.Initial Complaint

I ordered a insulin pump holder on July 12th, 2024. There was a lead time on delivery, but that time passed. I tried emailing them and making a phone call to them questioning my order. The phone number does not work and all of my emails have gone unanswered. I would like my order fullfilled or have my money returned quickly so that I can purchase a new holder from another company. On April 7th, 2024 I placed an order through type1tactical.com for an insulin pump case (holster). I had heard good things about this company in the past through social media and other type 1 diabetics. Originally it was stated on the website that there was a "90 day lead time. I was OK with that and placed the order. After 90 days and not receiving any communication from them I reached out via email on 7/24/24 requesting an update on my order. Then on 7/31/24 after researching online to see if anyone else has had this problem I reached out again and asked for a refund of my money. I learned through online forums that many others have had the same problem of not receiving their orders and getting zero feedback from the company. As of today 10/13/24 I have not received my product or a refund and have had no response to my requests. At this point I would like my money refunded as they charged me immediately after placing the order and have not held up their end by delivering what was paid for. I was charged $55.98 usd. I purchased an insulin pump case/holster from Type 1 Tactical on January 12, 2024 for $49.98. Their website claimed that I would receive my order within 4-6 weeks. When I reached out to the company on 2/28/24 they informed me that it would be another 6-8 weeks. I emailed them again on 5/1/24 and requested a full refund from them since I still hadn't received anything from them. I continued to email them again on 5/28/24 and 7/10/24 without anyone responding back to me. I attempted to call them several times and their phone number was disconnected. On 8/2/24, I received an email from Type 1 Tactical indicating that my order had been fulfilled and I was given a **** tracking number. It took the company over a month to send my holster. The **** tracking number indicated that I would receive my order on 9/6/24. My order never arrived to my address and I decided to inquire with ****. I was told by them that my item was delivered elsewhere and that the carrier would look into it. The **** carrier indicated that the people he thought had received my package did not receive it. I emailed Type 1 Tactical on 9/11/24, 9/15/24, and 9/19 regarding this issue with my package and I have yet to hear back from them. I am requesting a full refund from them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a case for an insulin pump. The delivery time has long since lapsed and the company will not respond to emails or calls. The time has lapsed for a charge back. I want either my product ordered or a full refund with interest. Order date was middle of February 2024. Travis Smith, ***** ********* and ***** ***** are frauds and thieves.
