I placed an order in January and here it is mid-August and still no case. I have submitted multiple emails checking status. I've gotten replies ranging from we're working as fast as we can. We were inundated with orders, etc. Please be patient. Was originally told it would ship by end of February. On August 2 I received a shipping notification with tracking info. That's all will and good, but it's still sitting in Virginia in pre- shipment. It's been 2 weeks since then. I have been more than patient!! They need to get on the ball and get these orders shipped!Review from Gary G

I purchased a case for my insulin pump on April 12, 2024. The website said there was a 90 day lead time. It’s been four months and I haven’t received the item or any communication- and I’ve reached out to them. They did take my $55 dollars over Apple Pay at the time of purchase.Review from Nicole M

I placed an order #***** on January 17, 2024. The website said it was a 4 week wait so in March when I still hadn’t received the case or any updates I reached out to customer service via email and was told the wait time was 90 days. I said I would wait since I was already halfway there. I emailed again at the beginning of May for another update and then again a couple weeks later and once again last week and have received no response whatsoever. I tried to call but the number wouldn’t go through. I have asked for a refund but haven’t received my money back or my case.Review from Dawn B

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them! I am very hard on mine. Their cases are very well made and I love them. The company responds very promply to requests. I cannot say enough about this company and their cases. I will continue to buy from them.
